BUYERS, LEASEES, EVERYONE BEWARE!!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Nick Thomas is a liar and a scammer. So is his manager Ron Fruciano. They make you think that you are getting a great deal, when really they are just moving numbers around and hiding things that you will get stuck paying for.... Stealing from loyal customers. They sold my wife a car, and told her it was for a great, unbeatable deal. They told her that they would pay off her previous car completely, and that she would be able to get into something bigger for our family. Little did we know, that they were not paying it off completely, but essentially rolling it over into our current payment. When my wife signed the paperwork, it said nothing of rolling payments over at all, they just added the difference into the "total" amount of the car. She even inquired about the price difference between sticker price and the price listed on paperwork, and was told, "sometimes taxes/transfer fee, etc come out to be more". It's a sad word we live in when honest people get taken advantage of just to make a sale. This establishment is full of LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS. BEWARE!

Prices are absurd.. wanted $1200 to fix headlights.. says i declined repairs.. no i declined being legally raped. Never again, ill let my car breakdown and walk, before I come here.

Excellent customer service RYAN is who i leased my car from and he is the best! Give this man a raise he's the only one that never misses a phone call, always ensures my jeep is taken care of and service is done on time. Unreasonable hospitality is rare and this man has it.

I've been there for an oil change, then a recall replacement and followup steering alignment. Russ is my go-to-guy, each time was a good experience with friendly service, accommodating me with loaner vehicles and shuttle rides. So far, they've had quick turn arounds on services. Plus they ducked my Gladiator :)

I have experienced nothing but top notch from this place regarding the professionalism and attitude. Interacted with manager and most of the salesmen and they seem to carry their business to a high level under a very good leadership of Mr. Marco Nani and his team (Josh, Joe, Jim, Brandon and Michael)I won't hesitate to purchase a vehicle from their any time I would need one.

I bought a car on 2/23/22 thought it was a good reliable car, if you ask me where is this car now. This is a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. and it is the Hyundai dealership and has been since 6/9/23. Because the engine ceased!!! I got all my oil changes on time and did not need any other maintenance. I filed a claim with Hyundai due to the recall/engine issues and they declined to replace my engine stating poor maintenance. So I reached out to the warranty company that Riehl's salesman suggested because I was within the warranty which cost me as well and they declined stating that they have it in the paperwork whereas they don't cover recalls and I was told by this Riehl suggested warranty company that Hyundai covers engines for a lifetime. I called the salesman only to kinda sorta offer to maybe get into another car but still will be stuck with the car note from the Santa fe. I feel like he sold me this vehicle, got his commission and don't give a care. It is very obvious!! Now I am stuck with a car note for a car the Jim Riehl dealership sold me that had a bad engine. I should have known when I got my oil changed, the technician mentioned that the engine was not good. I did not listen! Stuck with paying for a car that I cannot drive!!!!!

This is the second time I’ve leased a car from this dealership. And just like before, I had a great experience. Everyone I encountered lived up to the name of the dealership, they’re all so friendly and helpful!

After I signed my car lease I drove away In what I thought was a beautiful Jeep Compass. Little did I know one of the workers took a steaming dump on the passenger side seat. I didn't know leather could stain so badly, but it WAS a very hot day and I suspect the poop sat for 2+ hours In the blazing Sun.

Their on hold phone recording claims they offer “TOP NOTCH SERVICE.” Does “top notch service” mean not washing the vehicle you just sold your customer before they take it home as their own, blaming road construction dust “so we don’t even bother” as the excuse? We had to take it through a car wash later that day ourselves. Does “top notch service” mean your staff doesn’t do a thorough interior cleaning, to the point that we needed to do it ourselves, including fully vacuuming/wiping down the complete interior/door jams and even washing the floor mats ourselves, because the dealer car cleaning crew was said to just be some young teens who really don’t care to do a decent job? We even had to remove a large obvious sticky area on the back seat that EASILY came off with a simple wipe of a soapy damp rag! Does “top notch service” mean you don’t fill up the gas tank of the used car you just sold because your company just “doesn’t do that anymore”? WOW. The car itself is great but that is to the manufacturer’s credit, not the dealer, and I wasn’t going to pass it up despite this poor customer service. Just would’ve expected better from a long-standing dealership. I have purchased used cars from other dealerships and they were always freshly washed/interior CLEANED, above and beyond and always with a FULL gas tank. UNREAL!

Highly recommend Jim Bensinger. The process to turn in a lease and start a new one was very smooth! Jim was very attentive and understanding of our needs. He went above and beyond during and after the leasing process! If you’re looking into getting a new car, Jim is your guy!

Terrible customer Service!! called service department and they directed me to a voicemail box. That was 4 days ago with no return phone call. Called back 2 days later and they assigned me to Robert Peo...... This guy has not called me back. I work for a local government. If my return calls were this late I may be terminated.
