Superb customer service. J.J.'s phoned me twice to make sure they understood my order; to make sure they were choosing something my Mom would like; and even called to make sure the delivery time was accommodating. The level of customer service made it feel like a small town transaction with people who care about me as their customer. The arrangement is gorgeous. Leagues above anything I've ordered from other florists and far exceeded my expectations. Good people. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Don't hesitate to order from J.J's. You'll be glad you did. Thank you for making my Mom's Mother's Day gift so special.

I can’t say enough about JJ’s. I called them for a same-day delivery and Sandy couldn’t have been happier to not only accommodate my same day request, but she followed up with me after the flowers were delivered. It was such a pleasure to do business with her and I can’t wait to do it again in the future.

Our funeral arrangements were so beautiful! The owner even sent me a photo to make sure I liked them... that's exceptional customer service! Highly recommend! This is my favorite florist and my 3rd time placing an order over the years. J J's Florist located on Ryan Road and Chicago Road (13 1/2 mile) on the east side of the street.

There is a reason why you see so many 5 star ratings for this florist, her name is Sandy. I ordered through their website from Tennessee but forgot to complete a card for the arrangement. Sandy noticed and called to see if it was an oversight, and I was so glad she went the extra mile. The arrangement was beautiful, on time, and had a message card! Thank you Sandy! J.J.'s is now my go to Michigan Florist from now on.

Sandy made three beautiful arrangements for my grandfathers funeral. Although some flowers from the spread I picked were not available, Sandy was able to arrange replacements that looked just as nice. Reasonable price for a short notice job (I reached out 5 days in advance). She was easy to work with and even called the day before to ask if there were any last minute changes I’d like to make. Thank you Sandy for helping me and my family during this rough week, I’ll be returning to purchase flowers for my Papa’s resting place as well.

Honest and reputable. There was a confusion with my order and the florist was most helpful in finding the solution. I was at error but she worked diligently to solve the problem. I would order flowers from here again. Thank you for being so helpful..

Sandy and her team did a great service to make my grandmother’s birthday special. Despite a hectic day they delivered the flowers in a timely manner and made sure the bouquet was beautiful and of great quality. Highly recommend.

Called the florist from my home out of state and Sandy did not disappoint. Her communication was excellent. We talked several times. The store was able to deliver a beautiful spray to a local funeral home on time in a snow storm. The family sent me pics . We all thought that the spray was simply gorgeous. GREAT JOB SANDY!!!
