2 days in a row I sat in line to cash a check for over 20 minutes each time, and ended up having to leave. I have never seen such poor service, ever since Huntington bought out TCF.

I’m being very fair in giving a one! Sat in the drive thru for 6 min while the teller hiked it up with customers! As I hit the call teller button 6 times, I’m pulling my money and going to a different bank! Bunch of rude, incompetent,inconsiderate people work here!

This has to be the worst branch I have ever entered.. n not just by this visit. I come in with rolled change. I get asked what domination do I have? REALLY? K.. She then takes the change one by one. Input. Slip in a tray all the while. She is also trying to insert herself into her co-worker situation. So she's not focused.. or assisting needs to be.$84.50 of rolled change. I was there almost 15 minutes.. never again.. Not to mention when she comes back. And I say this is the longest transactionI've ever had dealing with coins. She starts explaining why I stop her in the nicest way and say no. Because that's gonna take more time, thank you. Customer Service is DEAD

Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced in a bank. Lady at the Desk was no help at all they didn’t want to take the time to help meJust because they had to do a little research. Pretty sure if I was YT I wouldn’t of had this problem. I wasn’t even greeted or told to have a good day

I've been dealing with Huntington over 20 years, Close this location. Rude inconsiderate just to begin. Fire everyone in the place,, Before you lose all your loyal customers. Officially for the record 0 stars.

Do not have any person to open an account. Cashier wasn't helpful or offer any services. Made feel like they don't care your banking business. Find a different banking.

Girl with a washed out red hair, kinda old. She always has an attitude. If you don't do it right she roles her eyes. Rolled her eyes at my wife for no reason, when I'm the one deposit. Please get a new job if you can handle customer service.

Today I went into Huntington at 10:45am to deposit two checks and change my last name since I just got married. I waited in line for HALF AN HOUR, just to get to the front and have the teller tell me you’ll have to sit down with someone to change it, but they have an appointment and weren’t taking anymore after 11:00. You couldn’t have said that from the beginning?! While I waited in line for 30mins?! I could have gone to another Huntington in that time!!!!!!! But no. Now I cant deposit my checks or get the money I really needed for bills. I will be withdrawing my money and closing my account on Monday.

Margaret was awesome in delivering customer service. My sister and I came in on a Saturday to open an account. Even though we did not have an appointment, she agreed to see both of us and took time from her busy morning. She was very professional and went over and above to help us out. It's really refreshing to have someone so competent, professional and who cares about the customer. Thanks Margaret!
