HORRIFIC!! When I arrived I was told they wouldn't see me without an appointment. Ok fair- I didn't know their policy. I wasn't impressed that the the teller asked me what I wanted in a bank full of people. I was in the lobby and not in line. Sorry lady, I'm not telling the world my business. So I sat and waited 15 minutes to find out if they'd even see me.They were able to see me. The customer service person pulled a can of Lysol and sprayed down the chair, table and air where the last person had been. My asthma wasn't thrilled with the idea but I lived.I went for a name change and a withdrawal. I spent minutes trying to figure out what information she wanted from me. She kept asking for my address on the account. I confirmed the address. I gave her my license, and I confirmed the old address. She became frustrated with me because I wasn't telling her what she wanted to hear. I still have no clue what she wanted. I know where I live. She then went on to tell me that she couldn't change my name and to just carry two licenses around. I said my understanding is that is illegal. She then went in to say I was wrong and she's a paralegal. Um.....??? I didn't go to the bank to get legal advice but thanks? She sent me back out to get in line to get my cashiers check. On the way out of her space, I got a Lysol bath. I handed the teller my old license (I only carried it to get the name change) with my old address and was able to get a rather large check from my account with inaccurate information, great work team!! Needless to say, I'll be closing that account in the very near future. Moral of the story: believe the reviews.

If minus were an option it would be my choice. Laura from customer service rude and not helpful! I will be changing banks! 47 minutes on hold. After hanging up an instant call back saying we must have been disconnected. Shame on Huntington! As soon as direct deposit changes I will be moving my 3 accounts!

I wish I could give less than 1 star... I came in for a simple request and was denied. Being denied made sense because it was not something this bank did for its customers but the attitude and rudeness I received from somebody at this location was beyond anything I have ever seen in the customer service field. I asked for her managers contact info and was denied it at first and then eventually she took my number and told me he/she would call me. No call. 15 loyal years with them and this is the customer service I get... Why? No other reason other than this cranky lady that couldn't help but be snide and rude to me. After she received nothing but friendliness and professionalism from myself. Sounds pretty unbelievable, I know. But it has been an unbelievable day thanks to this person. It's hours later now and I'm still in awe at what happened. I hope whatever you're going through works itself out because the mood you were in today wasn't fitting for a prison inmate much less a loyal and long term banking customer.
