My tax professional was wonderful but I have been using this company for over 6 years and have always done the refund advance both times and have never had an issue getting approved but this time after 6 years of getting approved all the sudden I am denied when I am getting the same amout back if not more than the years prior also I filled on the 9th and had to wait until 2 days later for me to finally get my papers put in and still having to pay gull price of 450 with all the issues I am having this year I will more than likely not be using or referring this company ever again sadly yall have gone down hill since switching company's you go through financially

Filled my taxes in November .. only to find out they have been rejected no phone call or communication can’t get ahold of the lady that does my taxes as she is either never there doesn’t return phone calls or always with another client. Then get hung up on today when I call again. I paid $300 for what exactly?
