Very polite and reasonable. I gave him the wrong size over the phone, so when I arrived, the tires didn't fit. He simply called his warehouse and had Tham bring over the correct size. Waited about 10 min for the delivery, and I was out in an hour!

Place is over priced, charged me $200 for mounting and balancing my new tires on my 20 inch rims, $25 to mount and an additional $25 to balance them, had no other choice to pay it since it was later on in the day and they had already started on the job, definitely don’t recommend this place when tire shops around the area do it for half the cost!

Wanna get some new Rims & Tires on my RAM. Decide to check out Hot Wheel City. Website is broken due to an error no matter which link you click on. Tried 2 locations to shop for prices, not gonna bother trying the 3rd. I'll just go some where else.

Trash! The owner doesn't care to make things right after the installation. From the beginning I got bad vibes. They had me pick the tires and Rims I wanted told me they could be installed the same day only to find out after I signed there thrifty Contract with no money I'll have to wait 3 more days. I get them installed my sensor light won't go out after going up there 6x. They tried to reset them but it did not work in my wrangler 2021. The owner wants to act like he's doing me a favor by not charging labor on their error. Never again I lost my $350 for their Trash sensors they think because its a woman they don't have to make it right. Poor service. I jafto take it to the deer n now have tolrder the correct sensors and pay someone to put them on correctly. Just sad.

Initial customer service was great. Once they get your money you can forget about it. they will they to help at their convivence. Bout a set of rims on a Saturday @2pm. The installer nicked two of the rims while mounting the tire onto the rim. I drive off. once i hit 40 MPH the car starts shaking and vibrating. I called the shop back told them my issue they and I requested to have tires re-balanced. They told me I have to wait until Monday to have tires re-balanced because they have other customers that paid their money. Note: I just paid my money also 1.5 hours ago. I go to another HOT wheel city the same day with my receipt, I was told they installed the wrong size tires and I have to go back to the location a purchased the rims from. . Call the original location back they said they need to order the proper size, tires will be there Monday . Tires did not arrive until Tuesday morning. I leave work early to have this taken care of , just to get their at 3:30pm to find the store close. the hours are 9am-7pm. So I return on Wednesday to have this taken care of , all the while i am not able to drive my car because i can not go over 40MPH. While the tires are being switched out, i discovered they did not transfer my TPM sensors from my old rims to the new rims. that they charged me $100. instead of having good customer service and give me a new set for my inconvenience, they told me to go get me old rims , bring them back to the shop and they will transfer the TPM sensors, or Pay an additional $100 because a new set is $200. So they rather install my new rims, have me leave get my old rims, then take my news rims back off transfer the TPM sensors, then re-install my new rims for the 3rd time. That does not make good Business sense. They are spending more money on labor than the part cost. Hell i already paid them $100 for a service they did not do. Never do Business with them again. They are not Tire experts. if the Bolt pattern allows them to mount the rims to your car. They will sell it to you. You will suffer down the road and pay the repair .

Do not use this place. I called asked about a price lady on phone told me a price i get there she tells me same price. Well the guy had 2 wheels off already changing tire then tells me she messed up on the price so no i stead of 700 its 900, ok mistakes happen so i said i would go up another 100. So it would be 800 , but no they choose to lose a customer over it. Nice way of doing business
