So I brought my bike in to the service department because the throttle seemed to be sticking after having the bike there for a transmission change the service department then accused me of changing the grips and drain tube that are clearly old I never changed and are the same grips and drain tube since I bought the bike 4 summers ago so I spoke to the owner Brian about the issue and he went to service came back and offered to eat the labor and I would have to pay for the throttle cables I declined that offer because this was improperly assembled when put back together after the transmission replacement I then expressed that this is wrong to put me in the position to pay for something that was damaged during the replacement of the transmission the Owner Brian than said there’s nothing else he can offer and I explained to him I wasn’t satisfied he refused any other option and told me WE ARE DONE!! I been a loyal costumer here since 2007 this is a shame and you lost a GREAT CUSTOMER!!! You lost my trust!!! Do not trust these guys Jeff was the best he is no longer here. Go to a different shop I took my bike home after service to come home to a coolant leak bike is full of grease oil from the poor service my bike wasn’t greasy when I brought it in the least you could of done was wipe it down after putting it together

they took my money for an inspection and didn't even tell me what they found... The guy at the desk didn't know and wouldn't ask the service guys.... I don't even think they even inspected it, the chain wasn't even lubed up and the makeshift screws weren't even replaced.... They didn't do the 2 things I asked them to do of replacing my bulbs and turn signal.... So I buy a bulb there, dude looks in the computer to see if it'll fit, and gives it to me. I drive a hour home, just to find out it DOESN'T FIT....

I'm 63 and I actually used to ride my bike there as a kid to look at the motorcycles. They've always had good people, good service and a pretty good selection too.

Had my bike for about two months. Made sure it was perfect all the way around before they got it to me. 1627$ later she runs like she is brand new. Re-wired, new handlebars, new blinkers all the way around, new license plate bracket, entire new clutch system and lever. She is back screaming would recommend anyone going there and having work done. Will be bringing all of my Honda equipment here from now on.

My go-to dealership for mechanical repairs on my bikes. They are VERY trustworthy, highly skilled, and treat you with respect. I haven't had much of any interaction with the sales dept but I can promise you their service dept is on point. I am very meticulous about my bikes. Take it from a stickler for detail, you are safe to take your metric bikes here.
