This is by far one of the best hotels I have been to especially at an affordable price. This hotel does offer free breakfast from 7-10am. Their pool was nice and clean and closes at 11pm it was a strong chlorine and bleach smell while sitting in the pool area my kids swam I did not. There is also a beautiful lounge area outside with chairs a mini fire place table 2 grills you are able to utilize. 24hr gym, 24 hours business center, also 24hr laundry area. A huge dining room beside the lobby you can use. Parking is not a problem at all I love that they also have in the room a card holder you have to put your card in to turn the power on in your room. A door bell is on each of the rooms very thick door I couldn't hear anyone beside me. Full kitchen with a stove top, sink, dish washer, Frigidaire, dishes etc. I had one room at this hotel for sure It feels more like a one bedroom apartment. The beds are separate from the living room section which I love even more. They were a little stingy with towels I always bring my own everything anyway. Book the room it is well worth it not to mention they have a pull out couch if you are short on money this room will easily and comfortably sleep 8 adults it does only have 1 bathroom bring you some groceries and enjoy your stay.Hotel: 10/10Customer Service: 10/10Room: 10/ 10

We weren't at the hotel for long but the experience was the worst I've had with Hilton properties.Checking InWhen we stopped at the desk to get physical room keys the girl behind the counter seemed as though she didn't care about her job at all. It's the first time I've never been thanked for being a diamond member, which isn't a big deal but odd. There was no mention of the perks for being a diamond member, she didn't mention pool hours or breakfast time. She didn't even direct us to the elevator. The PoolTo be fair, we were arriving after the pool was probably closed and only there for one night; but not sure because she didn't give us the info. Maybe we wanted to hit up the pool before check out. We didn't go to the pool because we didn't have time but it was the first time in many years of travelling that I recall not being given the pool infoThe RoomIt was ok. The bathroom felt extremely cramped for a king suite. The door almost hits the toilet. The bed was comfy enough though the bedding was crazy thin.BreakfastThis was the first time I recall being at a hotel where breakfast was at 7am instead of 6. Again, since we weren't told, we didn't know and we came down at 6. Imagine our disappointment.Once 7 rolled around, the breakfast itself was lackluster even for hotel food. There was a "parfait bar" with yogurt...and that's pretty much it. There was a mini menu that listed several items that just weren't there. There were no cups to make the parfait, no granola, etc.The food itself, all had a very flat flavor. It all was about the same and smelled and tasted like it was being stored next to food that was on the verge of expiration.Overall a very underwhelming stay. I left Holiday Inn to get away from their continuous problems and I'm hoping this recent experience we had with Hilton isn't an indication of things to come.

Here due to a home fire. Great amenities and breakfast. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Sometimes unable to reach front staff at night. Clean grounds and pet friendly. Been here a month and no complaints.Rooms: Beds really comfy. Dislike you can not broadcast to the TV.

Rooms were adequate but don’t leave them. On top of the poor attitudes by some of the front desk personnel, the entire hotel wreaks of weed. People were allowed to smoke in the breakfast area which was prevalent during the Wednesday night social. If smoking isn’t allowed in buildings, then it should be enforced period. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to my professional friends but would recommend it for some who is wanting to do pre-flight to a Snoop Dog or Whiz Khalifa concert.

Staying here for work for the next few weeks. Hotel is very clean and looks pretty new. The rooms are nicely furnished woth your standard items you'd expect in a Homewood Suites. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Definitely happy to stay here for several weeks at a time.

If you value service at all, stay somewhere else. This place lacks tremendously in their service and customer satisfaction.*edit* i canceled my room and was given a $0.00 receipt only to find out these a-holes still charged me $156. for a room I never stayed in.

On July 21 I checked into my room suite #224 to celebrate my child's 11th birthday, upon entering the room the floor was nasty, there was Doritos chips on the kitchen floor, the large kitchen refrigerator had food stains on the handles and on the front and side of the refrigerator, the microwave was completely dirty and smelled as if someone just cooked food in it, the entrance handle to the front door Had food stains on it, the couch and the lamp shades had food on it and also the white comforter in the bedroom had a big yellow stain very visible to the eye upon entering the room, i tried to call the front desk from the phone in the room and could not due to phone not working so I went to the desk and addressed my concerns, the tvs also were not working, they had the customer service clerk come into the room and he stated that there may be a shortage in the electrical panel so I stated how does that help me if nothing in the room is working, also a pair of silver pliers fell from the window shade in the living room hitting my 2 year old on the shoulder who is special needs, at the point I became extremely upset I took the pliers to the front desk and asked them why would i bring a pair of tools to your facility while celebrating my child's 11th birthday and why is it that my youngest child have to be hurt because of some one at your facility, my children and I left the hotel immediately, I have neverexperienced anything like this, I asked several times and I was told we don't have a manager on duty and that the manager is only at the hotel from 9am-5pm, also the customer service clerk (a Caucasia) gentleman was standing at the front desk with tissue hanging from his nose, he had the tissue stuffed in one nostril

No matter what room you select in a hotel, you should still be able to get SOME rest. This wasn't the case during our two night stay at this hotel. We heard doors slamming, people running, and what sounded like a perpetual stampede overhead. It was awful. Even after notifying the front desk, in person there was no relief.Noteworthy details: No matter what room you select in a hotel, you should still be able to get SOME rest. My boyfriend and I just concluded a three month stay here while our house was being repaired due to flooding damage. We were very anxious to be without a reliable place to stay, and we chose this hotel from out of 8 different options presented to us by our insurance agency and I am SO HAPPY we decided to stay at this Homewood Suites. It really was a second home to us, and we were a little bit sad to leave. We stayed in a studio suite with a King bed and a kitchenette, and it was perfect for our needs. The rooms were well-insulated from noise, there was a basketball court to play on in nice weather, the fitness center was open 24/7, the breakfast was well-stocked and with pretty diverse options as far as a free breakfast goes, though I would have liked to have a few more options for fresh fruit and vegetables. There was a fresh fruit bowl that was always full of delicious oranges, apples, and bananas, which was amazing. There is a wal-mart within walking distance as well. The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were extremely personable, professional, and were more than happy to help with anything we needed.Ariel Smith was exceptional. We had one issue during the first month of our stay getting housekeeping scheduled on the same day, and after talking to some other people at the front desk, the issue had not been resolved in a couple days, and we were feeling a bit helpless. When we first ran in to Ariel and explained our issue, she immediately went to go get us all the ammenities/ clean towels that we had been missing, and housekeeping showed up the very next day, and then consistently after that. She fixed our week-long problem in one night, and I was soooo grateful to her. She also has an incredible memory, as she would ask me about my busy work days and life events after just one mention. She did the same for my boyfriend. It really made us feel important and seen, and she did that for every guest, no matter how long they were staying. She really made me feel at home and cared about, and went above and beyond her duties for all of us. I have seldom encountered anyone so good at what they do, and so ready to do more.Other employees that were very helpful during our stay were Lamis, the head of housekeeping, and Fran at the front desk. Lamis would always make sure that we had plenty of dishwashing detergent and liquid dish soap, and she cleaned the rooms with amazing speed and precision, like she had it down to a science. I imagine she did that so that she could help as many people as possible in one day, and if ever I saw that she was the housekeeper that day, I knew that everything would be stocked up, spotless, and it would take hardly any time at all. She was also always so friendly when we would see her in the halls. Fran was very kind and on more than one occasion, she would produce any amenities we were short on, even if she had to go and hunt them down in other storage rooms. I am so grateful to all of these women for making wat could have been a really difficult time really rather enjoyable.Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The only feedback I would offer would be more fresh vegetables for breakfast (I loved the ones at evening reception!), and maybe more attention paid to keeping the pool clean, as it was always a bit cloudy, so I did not spend very much time in it, but other young guests seemed to enjoy it just fine. Thanks for everything!
