Harmony Transportation is unlike any transportation company I have experienced. They are safe, cautious, good drivers. They pull over if they need to reboot the gps, or take a call. The drivers open doors, assist with groceries, verify your appointments, strive to get you there on time, and their vehicles are always clean.Angela, Rian, Amy and Ann(e) are phenomenal in the office. It is a comfort that they know me by name and are very pleasant on the phones. They always strive to truly help you, whether it is a trip to the doctor, grocery run, or helping your service dog go to the groomer. Thank you ladies for being more than the voice of the company, but the organizers, schedulers, researchers, dispatchers and the kind hearted drive that makes every customer feel like they are priority number one.Andrew, the owner, is a multitasker. One day he works on schedules, another he answers calls, he works dispatch, and even drives the customers. But if you ask me, Andrew's true talent is finding kind, good hearted, attentive, respectful, trustworthy, thoughtful, organized, knowledgeable, compassionate, efficient, prompt, hardworking, caring, focused, dependable, talented, cautious, confident, prepared, organized, friendly staff and safe drivers, all with hearts of gold.The drivers I have personally been driven by, Bruce, Nate, Annie, Bob, Moiry, Paul, Shirelle, Rosetta, AJ, Alan, George, Benjamin, Robert, Nick, and De are not only attentive, professional safe drivers but great conversationalists as well!!! Such wonderful people and kind too. Always opening my door, offering to help me with groceries, or strive to work around the endless Michigan construction to get me to my appointments on time... even making sure I get in my home okay because the condos outter door freezes.This company and these ladies and gentlemen are not only exceptional people, but are a great extraoridnary and important reminder to ALL that there still is goodness, kindness and hope. This company and all the people constantly show me thru their actions that even in the face of global pandemic and many uncertainties, peace, joy, caring, hope, empathy, safety, compassion, kindness, positivity, faith, and even human decency is still here and still possible.Everytime I ride with Harmony Transportation, I know I am safe, respected, valued, cared about and more. I know that I will safely get to my destination and back. I know that I will be treated with respect, kindly, friendly, and enjoy conversations about the world and family and things that give me hope for a better tomorrow.I am truly grateful beyond words to have Harmony Transportation Company. And I am infinitely appreciative of every single employee.I just hope other transportation companies read this and learn from Harmony Transportation Company.
