“I am a contractor who has spent 10s of thousands of dollars at this store. I went to return a couple lawn mowers I had purchased from them within a week or 2. The manager (a white mid 30s women) gave me complete attitude and disrespect. Who ever is above her needs to have a convo with her about controlling her emotions and staying professional. I highly recommend she gets withdrawn from management. There are so many other very respectful individuals who work at this store.”

“It's Harbor Freight. I love this place. One can't always afford a ^300$ Milwaukee band saw but one can afford a 100$ band saw that gets the job done fine. My point is you're going to save money buying from here and their return policy works for me”
“Product shipped and received in a timely manner, though the mandrels were not as expected.Some were rusty and the rust continues to grow like cancer. Others were fine and are without rust today. North Idaho is pretty dry in the winter, so humidity should not be much of an issue.Gummy tape residue requires solvent to remove prior to the mandrels serving a useful purpose.”
“I don’t leave reviews much but I used to work at a hardware store and I will say the management here does an awesome job keeping the store clean and organized. If you go to any other lowes, employees ignore you, there’s carts filled with lumber everywhere, and typically just super messy. All of the prices were labeled correctly, aisles were swept and kept clean, garden center flowers were all taken care of and the staff was so friendly!!
Will definitely go out of my way to come to this location in the future.”

“We had a leaky faucet in the bathtub and went there to get parts we needed to put back together. Todd really hooked us up and explained to us how to put back together. He even gave us tips for flushing system before installing new cartridge. Thanks so much and if we need plumbing supplies in future we will be back.”

“When I ordered my paint supplies from Ace ,I thought that I asked for it to be sent to the centerline ace hardware. Instead it went to the nine mile ace hardware. The three young sales associates there was phenomenal. I needed to purchase some additional supplies and they were very helpful in helping me to make my selections. A special shout out to Travis who brought my supplies to me, helped me select the primer and then put everything in the car for me.”
