This HB is a 5 Star. (For now) its still pretty new, but also old enough to have gone to trash and it hasn't yet. Clean, organized and helpful. Well staffed.Hope HB district management is taking care of this store manager ?

Way too much hassle just to buy a few items. Too many people with returns, coupon issues, membership issues, expired coupons, extended warranty, mailing list, phone number, etc.... Just want to buy something without all the hassle !

The cashier was friendly and helpful when I visited this location in the afternoon on Aug 16th. But the floor associate, (Caucasian guy), was impatient and could use more training in terms of customer service.
