I love the H4H stores…however after visiting this one for the first time in awhile since they moved, I was shocked at some of the prices being HIGHER than new. For example, $5 for hinges you can get new at HD for $3. There were many other examples. Just take the trip north on Van Dyke to the H4H near 21 Mile and you will recupe the gas $ in savings.

Is this a Gucci consignment store? Stuff is from 1615 but they are proud of the prices. Only thing that the price is decent is the live edge wood.Asking Ferrari prices for a Ford Escort.Paying for a mansion but getting a 1916 1 bedroom trailer with an outhouse.Come on, what customer base are you trying to attract. Who gonna pay 30$ for a lamp that looks like it's been sitting in a house for 80 years on a end table next to someone that chain smoked right next to the lamp. Like really?

Every time I go the staff are really nice to me! Some times they even negotiate the prices. The store is pretty much clean and they have good stuff that you can use for your diy projects. Go and check them out for yourself!Happy shopping!

This location is closing and moving in mid Sept 2023. Prices seem a little bit high and selection a bit low and everything jumbled together but perhaps some of this can be explained by the pending move.

Used to be able to get some decent deals here- Not any more!Prices of many of the used items I looked at were HIGHER than retail of new items elsewhere.Seeing as how your merchandise is donated there is no need or excuse to gouge people with your pricing!

I literally can't understand the reviews people left - WTH ? Sound like a bunch of entitled people who didn't find what they want because 1) the stuff is ALWAYS changing and coming in - so you went there once and didn't find what you wanted ?? Sheesh ! 2) Stuff is 'past it's prime ' Really?? Maybe for you - but many people aren't trying to flip stuff for profit they are trying to fix things and survive on a limited income 3) I was just there yesterday and they had ALL kinds of stuff!!!! Some of it I wouldn't use due to condition but other people would !!! Also the prices are VERY good - go to the one on VanDyke if you want ridiculously over priced stuff . 4) Best finds yesterday - Greenlight brand lightbulbs - led 75 watt - woman owned company - best led light ( many just look weird the light this gives off is PERFECT like daylight !) - for $1!! ONE DOLLAR for a 4 PACK - my only regret is buying just one ( I didn't know what time of light would be I hate most LED bulbs ) - I'm going back to stock up !! SHERWIN WILLIAMS Dura. Paint for $20 a gallon !!! That my friends is $65 a gallon in SW store !! They also had plenty of 5 gallons at 25 percent off !! - and color was a Greige paint I already used / so not just weird colors - and they have a ToN of it ! Lastly - the people who were working there were KIND HELPFUL AND PATIENT - for that alone they deserve 5 stars . I really wish people would quit leaving the types of reviews listed for this business - if someone just looks at the star rating and doesn't read the reviews then they may be turned off from going - Well .... Off to buy more lightbulbs !!! So - reviews on yelp are kinda dumb really -

Visited here yesterday. The prices are so high now it’s ridiculous. I will not be returning. You can find much better deals at yard sales and Facebook Marketplace. This is supposed to be Habitat for Humanity but their prices are inhumane.

Well here is the 100% Truth, I donated probably 10,000 in paint to them in the past 3 years, & I am appalled at a. The prices of what they sell that is donated to them which is three times the normal price and B. the fact that they are made aware of it and do nothing about it and C. The fact that I am told that I may receive 1/2 off 1 item for this amount of donation, I usually say nothing and walk on, but not this time, so when the time comes I will recommend to all my followers the 200,000+ to go elsewhere until then the salvation army and other stores have better pricing btw habitat folks change the name to Habitat for our pockets because that is what you have become and it's sickening to the core...
