I do work for them the quality of the work that I've seen from their contractors has been very good I work for several different companies that are flipper and Property Management I will not say who but I've seen things that you could not believe and I believe that these people are good people I can do a 10-minute observation or a 20-minute observation and from what I've seen and every job that I've been on with this company has been good I don't know why they're getting beaten up but from what I've seen they're good people they do quality work maybe they're just better than everybody else I'm also USAF I sent Pilots into the sky so they were my responsibility so I'm not saying it lightly when I post this

I can believe some of these reviews was happy to see a home being sold in my neighborhood, Thanks for the great neighbor's must be a group home and daycare on the weekends.. I've seen you guys flipping a lot of houses and know I know why you'll ruin neighborhoods one house at a time.. Not to mention a funny part is they had to dig up the front yard for a main clean-out just two months after buying the hoise... Now I get to look at that lawn/mudpit eyesore probably till I can get what I paid for my house because I can guarantee to they have no motivation to fix it... PLEASE respond to this and I will prove every word I speak.. GSA should be reported for ruining neighborhoods..

Scammers, sold to the renter who was not even interested in buying the property because they felt bad for the guy when i was there looking at it on the inspection day with cash. If you think im lying use them and see what happens.

Very Shady Company, unethical is the word that comes to mind, I would have given them 0 stars but that wasn't an option,. If you are looking to purchase a home and they are the listing agent LOOK ELSEWHERE. They list a house at one price, ask for best and highest by a certain date and time and then the listing magically disappears and reappears as a brand new listing at 36k over the original list price, not sure what they are trying to pull but looks very shady and unethical to me. Don't waste your time looking at homes that are listed by GSA.
