I literally told her want I wanted and she proceeded to do her own thing. She cut too high up on the sides when I asked only half way. I then asked to see she says she not done yet like obviously no duh you’re not done just wanted to see what she’s done to it and clearly she already messed me up.

Very choppy uneven cut. Got layers without asking for layers. Stylist kept saying that it looks cute, I like it even though I told her multiple times that I didn’t like it and was stressed. It all happened so fast that I couldn’t even stop it. I just wanted 3 inches off and face framing layers. Now I got an ugly cut that will eventually grow out.EDIT: Went Back today and Malita (sorry if I spelled that wrong) fixed my hair. She blended it and was able to make it into a a better haircut and showed me how to work the layers until they grow out. I upgraded my one star to a 4 because of her! She made it better for me the customer.Service: Haircut

So I have locs and I need my hair cut more even on the bottom to make it look neater. So I took a chance and went to Great Clips hoping I wasn’t asking too much by asking someone to clean it for me. The first guy seemed to be clueless as to what I was asking. Asking me if I can straighten my hair. No sir, I cannot!!! Then stepped in Melita. My hero. She had never cut locs before, but she was willing to try and my cut came out perfect. She gave me exactly what I wanted, because she listened and was very patient with a hair style she wasn’t use to. I want to give 5 stars, but the guy unwilling to listen or try, ruined it. I will definitely be back to see Melita in the future.
