Great store! Staff is very accommodating. Giant warehouse but they still may need to order your item. They will likely have it for you the next day. Check their inventory on website first before visiting for specific orders. I learned this today

Had the part I needed in stock was able to fix my air conditioner same day it broke. Every other place I checked said they could have the part in three days. Nuff said.

Young lady behind the counter asked Louie for help because she had customers waiting. 5 minutes later no Louie. She calls again, 15 minutes later someone arrives. Terrible service.

This is a great business but for some of us who would rather just go directly somewhere and buy something they need their new cove at ours don't allow the average working man to stop in and pick stuff up I go to work before they open and I leave work after they close that has made it easier to just buy on Amazon
