They wanted to charge me 180 bucks for shipping a 28 dollar item right down the street. Of course that was before I knew it was right down the street. See you tomorrow Grainger ?

Great store! Staff is very accommodating. Giant warehouse but they still may need to order your item. They will likely have it for you the next day. Check their inventory on website first before visiting for specific orders. I learned this today

Mike at the front desk is very helpful. I got the part I needed at a great price- now my AC is up and running again.
