SHYSTERS: I called 2 weeks ago & told the person who answered the phone I had a 2018 Altima, & gave the VIN#. I made an appt for them to come to my house & do the work. . . was quoted $399. I called 1 week later to change the appt & told a different person I was quoted $399. He didn't debate the aforementioned price.1 hour later I got a text confirming the appt & the price would be $750. I texted back, "$750?" The retort was, "Yes Sir." I asked how the price very nearly doubled within the hour we spoke, & got some diatribe about how I was quoted July of 2023. Last week was the 1st time I ever contacted this establishment. Caveat Emptor.

We got our windshield replaced here. Competitive quote. Communication over phone, email and quality of work were fine. Office lady was pleasant and professional. It was a very cold day. The office was a bit un kept and nothing close to photos on the website. Had to use back door to get in as their front door was not functional. Our vehicle was outdoor most of the time from what we observed vs. I was told it will need servicing in the garage. I thought using their mobile service or drop off and pick up might have been better options.

Thought I had to buy new windows if I wanted to solve my balance problem and moisture problem. I couldn’t open one window and the moisture was driving me crazy in the other. Glassdoctor replaced the glass in my preexisting frame and put new balances in the other window. It wasn’t cheap but a lot more economical than replacing two windows. Also I didn’t have to take a chance of replacement hurting my new siding. Very happy. Didn’t take long either.

Vehicle window replacement. Friendly service was faster and cheaper than big-name competitors, compared to multiple quotes. I needed window replacement back in 2019 cost $400 from a big-name company and glass doctor was still cheaper it's 2023 now I paid about $230. Done in less than 4 hours.Grateful for the quick service and price. They also offer other services regarding glass. I recommend over big-name competitors who were charging triple. Car dealers wanted thousands.
