Absolutely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ sales & service. I was in the market for a Mercedes S550. The team at Summit Auto Group communicated with me for two weeks going back and forth with finding the right one for me and my family. Extremely friendly and helpful with the FaceTime calls. I drove the Mercedes all the way back to New York (10) hours with zero problems. I would definitely continue to do business with them. Thanks Jack!

Our Family can't say enough good about Summit Auto, from the moment we walked in Jack was so helpful and friendly, you can tell he takes pride in his business and stands behind the quality of the vehicles he sells. The whole process was seamless, my Daughter drove off with a new Beautiful Blazer and couldn't be happier. Jack at Summit Auto was incredible. From the very first communication, to the final delivery of the car, Jack kept in touch and had such great attention to detail. The car looked incredible on EBay and naturally I was skeptical so I flew up from Texas to see the car in person and complete paperwork. It was accurately represented in the description and photos and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase sight unseen in the future. Shipping took less than 48 hours after completing the paperwork! Jack and the team are incredible and I hope you do business with them again in the future.

My son and I bought two vehicles for Jack. A Cadillac Escalade EXT and a H2 Hummer. Both vehicles were purchased the first week of January 2023. We have had no problems with either one.The sale went very easy and we were on our way in a couple of hours. We then drove them 400 miles home. Both were very low mileage vehicles, and did not have a concern they would make it.I recommend car buyers to take a look at the inventory at Summit Auto Group.

Wonderful people to work with. Bought a Mercedes CLS 550. Immaculate car. Drove 800 miles back home with no issues. Will not hesitate to do business again. I am loving this car. Jack and his team are incredible. Very accommodating and very kind and professional. I’ve purchased nearly 20 cars over the years but this was my first out of state purchase. He made the process seamless. He was extremely responsive and any minor issues he was quick to remedy. I drove out to purchase an 2013 Corvette Grand Sport on Friday and took advantage of his ultra reasonable shipping option and figured I’d be waiting a bit to get the car. He called the next day to say it would be delivered that evening. I highly recommend giving Jack and Summit a try. They have great cars and people. I was happy to drive out to see the car in person, but I’ll say his vehicles are accurately described and he’s fair and reasonable. I wouldn’t be afraid to buy sight unseen. Thanks again Jack!

BEWARE!!!! This place literally sold me a $22,500 Escalade DEATH TRAP!!!! Bent Wheel and tire belt were broken, yet they sent me on a 1500 mile road trip home and refused to accept responsibility or even acknowledge they knew about the problem which caused a erratic shake on the highway at 65mph!!! Also Failed to disclose body RUST, Broken tilt wheel motor switch, Rear Bumper paint destroyed, front rotors warped/needs brakes, smells like FLOOD DAMAGE inside! I had to open a eBay claim for help! Thanks Issac!!!!
