Wow what a find. I broke a screen door window and they fixed it. Easy peasy. Home Depot wanted a whole new frame and glass for like $300. Genex's team got it done for half that.

Choosing Genex window was the best decision I have made to improve the look of my house. They were so caring and really good at what they do and explained everything very well. The Windows are great quality and very clean job was done. Owner and Joe were very helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

A job well done by genex windows!!! Shirley made the buying process easy. Shirley went over all of my options, came out and measured the windows herself, sent me a quote in a timely fashion. Shirley communicated on time install dates and kept the line of communication open for questions. The install team was on time, clean and kind. In and out in one day. We had a phenomenal experience working with Genex! From Shirley's initial inspection and estimate all the way through Rodney making a quick stop to replace a small issue, the entire team was professional and efficient. The house is quieter, the furnace hasn't been running as often, and the new bay window in our bedroom looks incredible!

If I could give 10 stars I would..From Joe coming out with our estimate and going over the different types of window selections and the secretaries were very courteous when you would call the office and the installers were very professional and cleaned up all the debris...The price was way lower then any of the other facilities I had come out..Don't hesitate to call Genex you will not be disappointed ..I could not be more happier with my new windows

We have used Genex Windows to replace windows in 4 or 5 different houses now. They always have competitive prices and a good quality product. The installers always come when we are told they will and they are always polite and good workers. We prefer this company over any of the others we contacted for bids.

I had over 20 custom windows installed. Beautiful! I get many complements and have referred Genex to several friends and neighbors. I made a service call for a mechanism that dislodged from the window not allowing the window to push open or pull close along with a glass replacement. The Genex team did a great job and I appreciate their kindness and going the extra mile.

I had such a wonderful experience with Genex Window! I was referred to the company after I struggled to find a vendor to replace my 1960’s aluminum from windows because I insisted on having them open. Most companies wanted me to have a picture window, but Joe helped me pick the most beautiful option for the front of my home. The brightness in my living room is exceptional. I also purchased 3 new windows for my back, and I now have an amazing cross breeze throughout my home. Goodbye AC! The quality of the windows are wonderful and 2 of my neighbors have called me to tell me how beautiful they look from the road! Do not hesitate to contact Genex.
