My stuff was delivered today. The power base for my bed is on back order although I was told I’d be getting the one that the mattress was on at the store when I made the purchase. No one sales from the store to let me know about the base not being available. The loveseat has two female ends and no adaptor to plug them into. They were also missing a power cord for the loveseat. I had a great experience in the store while paying them thousands of dollars but horrible experience with the lack of a complete delivery. The delivery guys were very nice though.

I was ordering a dining table yesterday but they only delivered me chairs and not giving me the table because they said we no longer have this table in stock my question is why did they sell it to me now they are saying to exchange but to exchange it requires a lot more money

Great experience! Was greeted promptly by our sales person m, Ali. He did not crowd us as we browsed. But when we were ready, he helped us select a bedroom set and mattress that were just right. All pieces were delivered in under 24 hours. Fabulous!
