Rood staff that down plays you if you don't like the same games as them I don't care about your shuning process get a different job if you don't know how to talk jerks

Their phone is broken if you try calling, but otherwise I had a good time in there, the clerk was cool and he got me what I needed and talked to me about different things, good experience, and I'm thinking of applying here soon!

Max is the best! My son wanted a Roblox robux card for his birthday. I had no clue how to go about getting that for him. Max explained it to me and even offered to help me redeem it if I couldn't figure it out. I mean how many employees anywhere offer that kind of help? I know I don't run into that ever. Thank you Max for not making me feel like an idiot and being so helpful and kind. You are awesome!

I've been going to this GameStop for a few years now because of the fantastic service. The workers are knowledgeable and very polite. J helped me out today and I couldn't't ask for better help

I pre-ordered Zelda Tears of the kingdom. When I asked about my pre-order bonus I was told that it was while supplies last, so I did not recieve one. I did not receive that information upon purchasing. I did not even have a chance to get the preorder bonus because the midnight release was announced only one day before the release date. I had to work, there was no way a working person could show up to that. I also asked for the new TOTK pro controller, which they were also out of stock. The lady said they had only 7 of them total. What is gamestop even thinking? Only seven of the new controllers on game launch? Also the lady cashing me out was telling me about how her ex fiance was first in line for the midnight release, so she had a bad day. I dont know what that was about. I should be playing Zelda, not writing this review because I want gamestop to do better.

Terrible service, even worse return policy. My son bought a used game; returned it a week later, 7 days to the date of purchachase. The game was defective and malfunctioning. All I wanted was a exchange for the exact same game. I was given a very hard time because I didn't have the receipt. The kicker was we even paid extra for the warranty????It's very clear why the company is decline. Save your time and money and go to disc replay.
