Order flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered on 5/11/24 paid over $100 dollars for them and they were not delivered got a email saying they would be delivered on 5/12/24 and still have not got them now they sent me another email saying they will be delivered on 5/13/24 have called and cannot get to speak to a real person at all just a recording tell you to leave your name order number and a contact number and all you get is a text back saying they will be delivering the next day . There advertising says orders delivered on time I think I should be getting about half the cost back on this now when and if they are delivered they will have to be left outside until she gets home because her job requires traveling

Took my 75$ did not deliver flowers and then canceled the order. They canceled the order without sending a text email anything and then still had the audacity to charge me 75$ for nothing !!!

Horrible service. They will not deliver your order. Even if you placed it 72 hours ahead of time. Find somebody else.

I have purchased flowers for every occasion for the last 20 years from this establishment. Recently there has been a noticeable difference in the quality and the service unfortunately in a negative direction. On Valentine's Day 2024 I made my usual call to Flowers Just for You and the phone was answered by what sounded like someone in their vehicle. I tried to place an order and he tells me I can't and to just come in later. I assure him I order by phone a dozen times a year and when I come in my arrangement is ready to be picked up. No you have to come in later he says, so I'm like whatever. I call back a few minutes later and the owner answered I guess so I ordered 24 red roses he says come in an hour and they will be ready. Cool. I go pick up the arrangement which usually is fine, however the last couple of times the arrangement dies quickly. I paid $140 cash and like an idiot I didn't get a receipt. I asked for the box for the vase box that used to be standard, no box. Just strap you seatbelt around it he says. Which worked okay but the price didn't go down. They used to provide some feed to add to the water but that apparently is not available anymore. I deliver the flowers which were wrapped in a plastic bag to my wife at work and leave. When she gets home she asked if I used a different florist and I said no, why? She shows me a couple of decapitated flowers. Then she's says the pedals are just falling off! Then she shows me something that looks like mold. I'm like okay I'll call the florist, which I did. They told me to come in and they would replace them with some fresh flowers because they had a delivery coming in. My wife was okay with that. The next morning the table looked like fall, with rose pedals instead of leaves so she tossed them out. I call and let them know I'm coming for my replacement and the owner says I have to bring the tossed out ones? What? I was not about to start rooting through the trash to retrieve some dead flowers. Anyway they lost a loyal customer today who knows how to use social media. Not for revenge, but to inform potential customers.

The customer service is awful. I just happened to get a visitor at 7:30 pm, and there was a bouquet of beautiful flowers in a clear glass vase on the porch. No one rang the bell or anything. No box or bag to protect the flowers from the frigid cold of 30 degrees. Just a vase of flowers. Of course, nothing to add to the water to keep them fresh. I was shocked because I have gotten flowers about 2 to 3 times from here. I did not recognize the name who they were from. The flowers had only my last name. Called the shop, and they lied and said they didn't deliver the flowers like that, and the bag and box must have blown away. Really stupid response. I called my visitor, who witnessed the delivery and was shocked. I was reminded that we once got a delivery that was left on the front porch for two weeks before we knew it. Of course the flowers were dead. You see we use the garage daily. But today, I could not believe the service. If you want this experience for your friends or loved ones this the shop for you.

Peace Lily looked pretty much like the picture, a little smaller than expected. Other places said the Medium size was 37 in tall & 27 wide, it wasn't that big? Maybe they delivered the small?Either way, it looked nice n healthy. Thanks.

My sisters and I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral over a week in advance. The funeral was today and guess what, no delivery! We now have to apologize to our loved ones for this company's failure. There are some things in life that you just don't screw up and this is one of them. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!

My good friend ordered an arrangement for me but there was an issue with me not receiving the initial order. My friend contacted the company and we left delivery instructions for the 2nd attempt. The company sent a delivery man the same day (on a Sunday) back to my house and they called stating that they delivered my flowers. This just made my day! Thank you!
