Can someone fix the night Dropbox, it has needed attention for quite some time and is very difficult to open

Everybody has always been really nice there. I'm not a person who feels comfortable most of the time; I do here!

Very friendly and accommodating. Felt like I was joining a team instead of opening an account. Don't see much customer service like that around anymore.
