This family dollar is Horrible. I wish I could give zero stars. I walked in with a caucasian man 15 mins before closing. The guy at the register (name badge said Q). Told the caucasian man “oh no ni**a we bout to close, we don’t have time for u to get a shopping cart”. I’m African-American but that was the most unprofessional thing I have heard in a place of business. I didn’t even buy anything after that and suggest no one else there until they get professional employee. There was 3 other employees standing there and no one cared about the unwanted statement. The picture below is the employee that made the comment. I’m calling corporate and anyone else. Because racial slurs is unprofessional and disrespectful

Terrible place to work, the store manager isn't very keen on good workers. She rather you be about self rather than teamwork even if you see a coworker struggling. You can do your best but it won't be good enough. Don't apply if you have any dignity and actually take your work ethic seriously it won't be rewarded or appreciated.
