The district manager has screwed this store over in more ways than one. Store management asked for help and guidance on more than one occasion and was either blown off, was told to ask the training store manager for advice or was told that it was their fault for "not being prepared". Certain employees completely disregard company policy or skirt around it and continue to get away with it while the DM and RM turn a blind eye and say there is nothing they can do unless there is 3 consecutive write ups, but they then continue to ignore the issues anyways. This in turn allows the employees to see that there is no consequences to their actions and they continue to slack off, they continue to ignore company policies and keep becoming a detriment to the rest of the store. The DM does not care about the employees under their supervision and is more worried about keeping the store open at all costs.

very busy, but expected for the season though. there were employees restocking the shelfs as items were flying off the shelfs.

Worst dollar store ever! (Don’t come here!) Weird employees watching us, and Purposely false accusing us of stealing last week, On the other hand RUDE managers (hating/ and lying). Also refused to show us the cameras, and threatened to call the cops with absolutely NO proof! These managers should be fired. Worst customer service ever.?Never coming back to these sick people. Dollar general next to it is more friendly and good customer service go there much better!

As the name is implying it's a dollar store so it has all the stuff you expect to find. This one my kids like a lot more then others though.

I went to your store at about 11:45 am located at 30830 Schoenherr Rd. In Warren Mi. I wanted to get my grandson a birthday card & a few items. I went down the first row where cards are at. Your worker a very heavy set girl was sitting on the floor. She was putting Xmas items on the wall. She had a large steel cart with had a large steel cart with boxes to her right side and a grocery cart with boxes behind her taking up all the aisle. She saw me coming that way but never moved. I couldn't get through to look at cards so I very easily pushed her grocery card forward just about a foot. She then yelled at me, "what are you doing!" I said I'm trying to look at cards. She then said, "all you had to do was ask!" I said you saw me coming down the aisle. I said boy that's great customer service. She said, "well you don't have to be rude!" I said I'm not rude but you must be a last word person and you are the rude one. I was so upset, I'm 70 years old and can't believe how disrespectful she was to a senior. Most senior citizens would be intimidated but not me. I went to walk out of the store but first I went back and snapped a picture of her and the blocked aisle. I walked to the front & asked the cashier for the name of the manager and she said Becca. I left called back to get the worker's name but the young man said he didn't know so he went to get the manager. Billie came on the phone and gave me the name of your rude worker which is Page. I told my husband what happened and he said he was there on Sunday and saw the same girl being rude yelling at an old man. I'm going to post on social media and yelp how bad of an experience I had. Shame on you for hiring her because she's so heavy she prefers to sit on the floor and block the aisles
