I usually like this store however they just hire anyone. I’m convinced of this and I’m confused on how they make it pass the interview. Whoever waited on me today.. lady with dreads with blonde in them please find a new job immediately!!! Customer service is not for you. Greeted absolutely no that came to the register didn’t say one word unless someone spoke and when I asked my question had the nerve to have an attitude

I shop here a lot, but I've noticed that Dollar General likes to have items in a spot marked a certain price. So I think oh great deal but then it rings up a different higher price. Their excuse is ALWAYS it's in the wrong spot. Nah man I'm tired of that excuse. Cashier Jayda was less than accommodating. Her coworker Lisa, resolved the incident by giving me the item for the price marked on the shelf. They are constantly putting away stock but can't put products where they are supposed to go? I'm tired of being treated like less than dirt.

Every single time I ever come into this store as a customer, there is always a problem with the staff. The manager is extremely rude and needs to watch her tone with customers. The staff at this location creates their own store policies that are not in line with the standard policies reflected at other dollar general locations. Example: lying to a customer and telling them that dollar general doesn't do cash app reloads because they are too lazy to do the transaction. I came into the store to make a purchase, adn I had a large bill, which they couldn't break. Understandable. So I wanted to load my cashapp card and put my purchase on my card. She couldn't do it. I was going to be kind enough to place my purchases back on the shelf, and the manager *SNAPPED AT ME* that I didn't need to. Horrible, horrible service! The manager needs to be fired!

Store employees so rude never experienced such rude people in my life. Never open on time, I work nights so I stop by before going to sleep and employee’s will walk in after 8 and keep doors locked until 8:45. Too many other dollar generals in the area no wonder this one’s never got stock might as well shut down.

Store says it's open. The lights are on but the doors are locked act and there are people in the parking lot. Also had a doordash order and had to cancel it as closed

As I read the reviews I see the store is struggling to keep the store open to lack of workers. People need to understand yes it’s a dollar store but it’s a lot of work with heavy products like pounds on dog food you have to put on a shelf. I used to work at a Dollar General so I totally understand they don’t pay well at all. My cashier treated me well yesterday he had patience I had to take things off my bill get extra money but he was very respectful and considerate. Thank you
