You are the rudest Manager I have ever came across !!! I wouldn't even give you 1 star if it had the choice . I don't know her name but I'm 100% sure she has treated other customers the way shes treated me ...worst worst person/ Manager that a company could/did even hire. Good luck shopping here or any other store they ship her too !!! You know who you are !!!

First Shift Manger & the other crew member that's always there "Light Skin" woman sorry didn't catch your name ? they are always very helpful, offering insight on products, trustworthy opinions, attitudes are never shown poorly, doesn't matter if they are busy or not you will always find a warm smile of their faces willing to assist whatever a customer needs! Thank you for helping each of us ?

The worst customer service I've ever experienced!!! The manager was rude whoever works night light skin lady her name starts with a C!!!
She doesn't need to work with the public if she can't control her emotions because why are you arguing with customers??

This store has already changed their hours to close earlier, so employees should have the decency to keep the doors open until posted business hours. Been there many times before 9pm where they haven't even let me in the door because "we're closed". Tonight went in at 8:47 and was given a stern "2 minute warning" upon entering and had to be let out the door at 8:55 because they had already locked them. Representation of the corporation by management at this location is a joke.

I visited the location on Ryan in Warren today. I asked a cashier if they had a bathroom and he said yes it's the last door. I go in to use the bathroom and there is no lock on the door, no soap, no paper towel. I come back out and I say to the cashier there is no soap in your bathroom and also does the door lock? He says to me " just push it open" as if I'm getting on his last nerve and using a tone as if I'm retarded or something!! So I then say to him I understand that I need to push it open to get in...I pretty much got that part. But once I'm in the bathroom what would stop the next customer/ person from coming along and also just pushing it open if there is no lock in place?! Silence! He then has absolutely nothing to say. No response at all. No apologies..nothing. It made perfect sense to him not to mention to me that yes we have a bathroom however it does not have a lock on the door to protect your privacy, you would be using it at your own risk. Also not to mention the lack of all the other items that should be available for use in a bathroom. Why have a public bathroom if it is not fully equipped for use. I decided to leave my items that I was going to purchase and simply walked out. I found that to be very poor customer service and disrespectful.

Hi manager,i’m sorry, because today i got to the store for some time around 8.50pm so ur employees Screaming so much because store will be closed !!! 15 minutes left that time i’m get in, i’m done my stuff funded 5 minutes, i’m trying to pay $ she said i’m closed , i have go other side then pay, i’m understanding problem, because She chewing candy I can’t hear perfectly she so rude with me & with everyone present all Customers, still she Screaming screaming screaming I don’t know why everybody knows store will be closed at 9 pm She doesn’t know how to behave with Customer, so bad customer service, take care the lady she so crazy I feel she got mental problem, Please check your camera if you don’t believe me@ thank you

Change the store closing time if it’s always going to close early, the store is never open till 10 so they should take it off their website. It’s always close before nine. You’ll be lucky if it’s open until the actual time.
