I had a horrible time trying to get my heart failure medication due to a mix up due to my cardiologist. None of my local CVS had my medicine in stock, and the closest location was this Warren location. I was able to get my prescription transferred last minute to have this pharmacy fill it. They were incredibly fast at filling it, and most importantly, I drove from a far distance to pick up the script on the way to a trip out of town. I arrived at 1:29 (the pharmacy closes at lunch from 1:30 - 2:00) There ended up being someone ahead of me, and I was upset that I’d probably have to hang around the area for 30 minutes to pick up my medicine. To my surprise, the technician (I believe her name was Lahka, though I’m probably spelling it wrong) took me at 1:35 and promptly got my medicine to me. After the complete nightmare of trying to get such an essential medicine quickly, I was almost in tears when she called me up to the register. She had no obligation to take me after the lunch cutoff, but she did anyway, and I am so thankful for her wonderful service and compassion. Thank you a million times over to this technician/pharmacist! I hope she is heavily praised for her exemplary customer service!

This place is a DISGRACE and ought to be closed. The lack of respect to customers is clear and evident. Lack of professionalism, lack of empathy, lack of understanding, lack of concern, gross disrespectful workers slamming items at the registers, talking down to customers, refusing to service, denying transactions, throwing items on the floor so customers can't pay for them, the list goes on and on. Never coming back. Your racist Karen is costing this location business. This is 2024 not 1924 and I will not tolerate it.

That Indian pharmacists is super rude and disrespectful. She needs to be removed from this CVS!! There are lot’s of pharmacist out there if u want to continue run the business learn how to treat your patients better.

Wow, one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to. First and foremost, it was super slow. My prescription came at 10 a.m., and I gave out all the insurance information I called at 4:30 p.m. to make sure it's ready for pickup. They received my call, and the lady on the phone said it was not ready. I was really disappointed. The next morning, at 11 a.m., I went to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine. The lady came in, and I think her name is Maria. She said you were rude to our pharmacist, and we are not going to fill your medicine. I was not rude on the phone. my blood pressure and thyroid medicine I take daily. Obviously, I will not be happy if you do not fill out the prescription in time. In the bottom line, they did not fill my medicine, and then I had to go somewhere else. Pharmacy is all over the place these days. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Terrible customer service. The front desk lady was definitely racist. I’ve gone to this CVS previously and never had such a rude encounter. Will definitely be taking my service elsewhere from now on.

The worse customer service they refused to return my make up that I bought from them and being so rude why I asked her why and to show me where to say no return on their policy and told me to go shop in another cvs !!!The cashier name was TANZILA and her manager that refused to give me the name !!Never stop in this location at all !!!

Bought these "non-stick" pads for a major scrape wound on my arm. Had to go back to the er to have it removed because it was WELDED to the wound! Lawyer up
