The Pharmacy automated system is the worst. Sometimes you can’t even leave a voicemail 99% of the time you’re not even able to make a selection to talk to someone. I’m moving all my prescriptions. And sometimes the personnel are rude. If you want a piece of mind relating to your prescriptions, don’t come here.

They told me the prescriptions I have to pick up is over the counter and I need to pay for them even if I have Medicaid which is thru state and can’t pay cash… then I got mad I asked how come both my prescription I need to pay for when I know for sure my insurance covers it? Then another pharmacist heard me and said they don’t accept my insurance. If they would have told me they don’t accept my insurance from the beggining I wouldn’t needed to wait a whole day for them to finish my prescription and in the end also pay cash for it, I would have used Walgreens or another pharmacy that accepts my insurance and would have finish my antibiotics sooner ???

CVS pharmacy 13 and Hayes very poorly run vs CVS pharmacy at 13 and Schoenerr is always great.

What a joke.The Pharmacist is rude and very unprofessional. I asked for my meds to be ready on Friday. The pharmacist said I never said that. Go else where.

Very bad pharmacist assistant, could not apply coupon, That obviously should be applied. Will be talking to the Management next time around. Go to Walgreens instead!

Love the self serve register-very user friendly. Good digital coupons on items I like to buy. Quick in & out trip which is what I like!

The pharmacists are both very good and polite, professional, and knowledgeable of all of the medications. All good. The front of the store, Dorthy, rude, arrogant and certainly NOT helpful. If she wants to dodge customers, she should hide in the stock room. You will know her when you see her, she will be doing nothing and ignore you.

A pretty big CVS with everything you need for a one stop shop. Photo so, pharmacy, alcohol, food, pop, meds, toys and Halloween decor/costumes. And the staff there are super friendly. It's a joy walking in there.
