They literally just walked away. No help only want a paycheck, it wasn’t until I started to raise my voice when the pharmacist supervisor chose to help

Stop saying open 24 hours if you're not. The public doesn't care about your staffing problems. Figure it out or change your advertised hours. 3 times in one week you've been closed when your sign and website says open 24 hours.

EXTREMELY rude female pharmacist..I don't know her name but she worked on 9/17/24
She was extremely short unfriendly and rude to me about all the questions I had about my son’s medication refill!!!! Shame on CVS for keeping such an unprofessional pharmacist on staff to deal with customers… it seems like a lot of reviews are mentions about the horrible service from the pharmacy department… I think someone needs to go and fix that issue. HORRIBLE!

Bad apple gift card was not activated correctly at the cashier was Unexperienced and now I’m out for 20.00 dollars and it’s all her fault because if it o called the store and they said nothing they can do no refund or return

Embarrassing how useless the staff is at this location. Went in asking to split a $50 dollar bill to avoid using the atm and the employees look at me like I’m trying to scam them. Next time one of them needs help I hope no one comes have a great day.

The worst pharmacy I've ever used. Moved here when another location closed down. Very rude, lady was more concerned with her Facebook status then helping me and although I've been coming there for 9 months getting medication for a spine issue they refused to give me my medication because they didn't know who to bill, even though nothing had changed since my last visit. I will be following up with corporate in the morning. The worst customer service I've ever had, rude nasty ladies that have no business in that job.

I don’t know the lady name that works in the pharmacy with the black hair and black glasses but by far has the nastiest attitude. I’m asking about my prescription that’s on back order and she proceeds to cut me off “ everybody and they momma on this drug” who in the world responds and tells me something like that? Go anywhere but here! Literally! I would never in a million years come back after this first experience. Y’all should be ashamed for hiring her!
