I have been banking with Comerica Bank for over 30/35 years and I haven't had any problems with their BankNo bad experience at all. I will give Comerica Bank a 10+.?

I went in person Saturday to deposit my stimulus check. I specifically asked the teller before handing over my check when funds would be available. He told me 2pm that day. Well 2pm came and went and no funds available. I than spent an hour on hold with customer service to be told my funds would not be available until Monday. Today is monday and still no funds. I call customer service again and now I'm told Tuesday and I can try to call the bank I brought the check to and they may be able to hurry it up. So I wait til they open and they tell me not until Tuesday, he didnt ask my name to even check my account, just acted like I should've know it would take until Tuesday. No mention of how the employee messed up or an apology. I could've cashed it else where instead of now waiting 3-4 days for them to clear a government issued check. That's 2 employees who gave me incorrect information that caused my daughters trip to the zoo to be canceled and a late fee from my school for insefficent funds. NOT a single apology from any comerica employee. Dont use this bank. I'll be switching to a credit union as soon as I can get my money from this unprofessional bank.

This place is horrible i had comerica check i was trying to cash they told me i had to pay 10 dollars and some change unless i opened account up for some odd dollars so i did come to find out i never had to open account they had to cash it with no charge because it was comerica account not to mention several other unnecessary charges only this bank charges worst customer service ever extremely rude i wouldnt even give them one star but not all comerica banks are like this just this one

I always go to the Comerica at 12 mile and Hoover. By the time I got my check today they were closed. So go to this one. The lady tells me I owe them money and she wouldn't cash it till it is paid. Heres the thing I do not owe them money and why wouldn't the 12 mile one I always go to tell me this?

I give this branch no stars and to be honest they lack customer service, I have had issues every time I have gone here! I will not patronize this location ever again nor will I bank here!!!! The worst experience ever!!!!!

No problems at this location as of yet. Pretty fast and they stay open late like the Kroger in Canton so it's convenient for those of us who get off of work late. Too many different managers

If I could give this bank no stars I would. It is the worst bank ever. The employees are very slow and have no idea what the hell they're doing. I shouldn't have to tell them how to do they're job. If all that I'm doing is 2 simple transactions, a withdrawal and a deposit, it shouldn't be that difficult. She took my money ran it through the money machine 3 times and then counted it by hand afterwards. Wasted Time. Had to void a transaction because she couldn't comprehend on what to do. When I can I try to go to other branches, this is always my last resort. I'm not sure who's in charge of this bank, but you need to oversee this branch. THE WORST EVER!!!!!!

Larry F at this location has zero customer service skills and should be fired. I had the worst and most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a bank. The line is very hard to see where it forms and I stood there for 10 minutes before he decided to tell me the line was formed in the other side. Also, there were no slips so when I went to make my deposit he just stared at me. I said three times I was making a deposit before he scoffed at me, asking for a slip. I told him there were none and asked where I could get one and then he proceeded to get one out from RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM and then smirked at me. Once he processed my deposit he gave me my receipt and said nothing to me. Very poor customer service skills on his end and I will be finding a bank that hires people with customer service skills. I wish I could give this bank a zero star rating.

I've been going here because of the convenient hours. I've never had a problem. Occasionally lines are long but when they're the only bank open after 5, I'm not surprised.

I have been going there for a month everytime i make cash deposits i havr to have problem with it they dont do it wright way.
