She makes the customer service great. That's all that counts . Oh and the price. Lol ? I can laugh I'm so happy with the price”
“We got our windshield replaced here. Competitive quote. Communication over phone, email and quality of work were fine. Office lady was pleasant and professional. It was a very cold day. The office was a bit un kept and nothing close to photos on the website. Had to use back door to get in as their front door was not functional. Our vehicle was outdoor most of the time from what we observed vs. I was told it will need servicing in the garage. I thought using their mobile service or drop off and pick up might have been better options.”

But I want Too thank Steve who was the magical hands on my car! I love The fact when I went In I was Upset but he walked me too the back and gave me a full detail informative explanation and it was really crazy because he told me more than my estimated did! “Fantasy Custom took care of my husband's Mustang when no one else would touch it. The frame under his hood had rusted out and the hood was kicking up while he was driving. Not cool, not safe, etc. After contacting several shops and being told "no way we won't do that" Custom was like, "sure" and they had it back to us in a week. Solid dudes all around.”
“Great service here! John was very nice and informative. Alignment tech on staff the day I came in explained my alignment check thoroughly and even drew to explain more clearly what was going on. This location had the shortest wait time in the area out of all the tire places and different locations that I called (Friday, today)! I was out in about an hour when others were estimating 4-5 hour wait time and I didn't have an appointment either! Thank you guys for great service!”
