I don’t hunt so I can’t speak to the processing side of things, but their meat has always been on point for me. Venison, elk, and bison galore at an excellent price. Exotic meats are more expensive but worth a try if you’re adventurous. Have had python, camel, antelope, ostrich, gator

Go there every year to have my deer processed! Unlike a lot of other places, the deer you bring them is the deer meat you get back which I think is a great thing.
