After going through an uncomfortable ordeal at another location trying to purchase a new phone, I walked in and was treated like royalty. Ordered a brand new Motorola Edge+ 2023, which will not be in until next week but that information was provided before purchase. This place rocks, I strongly recommend the service at 12 Mile and Hoover!

Everything I go into this store I have nothing but appreciation for his work. Takes the time to assist you even when swamped. Have not had better service. Usually I don't post reviews but he has earned it.

This store would get a better rating if the owner showed up once in awhile. Almost everytime I go up there the store is closed in the middle of the day. Other Boost stores make fun of this dude cause they here the same complaints all the time. He may have knowledge, but I think you need to actually show up to share the knowledge!

We have been customers of this same store for the past 8 years. The staff is always helpful and we have never had a problem that wasn't solved before we left the store. As always being helped in a store like this requires some patience as you may not be the only customer that requires services.
