Great people here, but communication was not there. I had to do the reaching out to this company, as well as my insurance company. I was not told what was going on at all unless I asked. The time frame is nothing the shop can control due to importing parts from others. However, when I am told that they tear the vehicle down to inspect damages and create a quote, yet after almost a month, the quote had to be readjusted due to finding more damage, and now needing to wait more time for parts that could have been ordered. Then, after everything is all done, another issue is found in something as simple as the harness for my headlights. I come from a mechanic field, and if you miss that much, and cause the customer to have to wait longer, it's game over for your job. Again, I understand that due to parts taking time to be delivered, it will take a bit of time until the repair is done. I would have had my vehicle a month sooner if all problems were found first, before ordering parts happened. I am very very angry about this, and I believe I would be a bit more accepting if I was at least told what was going on, instead of constantly wondering, and then only getting some answers when I finally called (which I had called them over 15 times, more if you count how many times my calls weren't answered). I am not trying to hate on this shop, I am very aggrevated with the situation that could have gone in a different direction if communication was used. Lastly, I will say again, good people work here, wonderful work done to my truck, they do help, but I am just angry about everything else that has happened here.

Everyone at this shop goes above and beyond to make sure your car looks better than it did when your first purchased it! Only took roughly 3 weeks to get our 2024 Volkswagen repaired. This is the only shop I’d trust with my car!

Got my front two windows tinted on my 2023 Dodge Ram 1500. Called made an appointment was in and out in 45 minutes. Awesome job done by them would totally recommend them to get your windows tinted.

Got my windows tinted by Sammy as a walk in and he was done in an hour. Excellent customer service, Angelina is a sweetheart and all of the guys know how to take care of you. Would definitely recommend for any body/windshield/tinting services.

Was referred to come by a friend due a horrible accident. Most traumatic experience, that was turned completely around due to Romie. Honestly felt he is an angel walking on earth, the consideration and transparency him and his team showed was above expectations. Everyone was so sweet from the young lady that handle the calls to Randy, and Romie. I speak SO highly of Big 3, I haven’t had an experience like it. I just want to express my gratitude and thankfulness once more. Heart of gold, thank you so much for everything.

This was the best collision shop that I have ever went too. The moment you walk into the door you feel welcomed and get taken care of. Randy, his brothers, and daughter did a great job communicating to me about my car. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re pleased with your car repairs!

They were awesome from start to finish. Help me fully submit my insurance claim. Drove me to enterprise so that I could rent a vehicle. Fix my vehicle in record time. My car looked like a brand new car! They even cleaned my car after I told them to not worry about it as I had a flat and had to rush over there after my accident because I did not want to risk it getting worse and needing a tow. They are the only shop I will ever go to or even refer anyone to! Thank you Big 3 I appreciate your good work ethic.

Great in person customer service. They be busy so they don't stay on the phone long, lol. Mazin and randy are good men, they take care of their people. We also have a lifetime warranty on the work. Our door work took about a week 1/2. They did a good job.

Took my car here while on vacation for some damages and other issues with it and came back to a brand new looking car. My car looks perfect & the way this place handles business is unmatched. This was my first time going through a claim and I was very clueless. Randy walked me through the whole process and even helped me out contacting the insurance. The process wouldn't have been as easy without him. My car was so beautiful after, it looked like it never got hit. I will definitely be coming back here. Honestly the easiest experience I have ever had going to a collision shop, they were quick and respected my time. I thought I would have to get a new bumper because of a crack, they were able to repair my bumper and paint it without me having to spend tons of money on a new one. They also replaced my cracked windshield. My bumper looked brand new. Randy and his team are great and do their best to accommodate you. Highly recommend!Services: Auto engine diagnostic
