Awning was installed the other day and was done wrong! A rod is sticking out and now I have a gaping hole in the corner which will likely cause the awning to not last much longer when it had plenty of life left. There were no issues with the awning when it was taken down for storage in the fall! Typically, the installers are awesome but the three that came this time I had never seen before and they looked befuddled the entire time they were installing it (I was watching on my backyard camera). On top of the big, gaping hole in the corner I now have, they also caused two slits in the opposite corner of my awning—-I repaired those myself today! Lastly, they put ladder legs through the cover of my outdoor table leaving huge slits— which I also repaired myself! I left a voicemail regarding the install and hole. I will update this review on how they respond and take care of it.

Quoted me almost double what other places offered. My original awning was from them. It did last 11 years. I needed it replaced. About a year or 2 ago I was quoted around $1500. The material of the original awning is no longer available so I was quoted $2,344. Went somewhere else and got it done for $1,450.

Terrible customer service, they only answer their phone for sales. If you leave a message for service or issues it’ll never be returned. Definitely expect better from a company who sold me an awning for over 5k.

Had a canvas made for an already existing awning I had. Liked everything about my experience with belle isle awning! Worked with Scott in sales and he was great! Product turned out very good also. If I ever need anything along this line again I will definitely use this company again.

Update: They got these done in a shorter amount of time than I thought it would be. Our 3 awnings were about 35 days from start to finish. It's a process with 3 visits to completion. Choose your style, color, material, then they do a preliminary measure, order material, then back to their shop to cut metal poles/rods to build/weld framework for patio or window awnings, then arrive with crew to install. Even though I did not get the angle cut on the sides for my window awning as I was told I would get I was assured that I received a more substantially built awning that required the straight cut sides because of a stronger welded frame. We also purchased a large patio and front porch awning that look incredible. They've already been tested by a couple of rain storms with up to 70 mph winds! They did fine.My Earlier Post: The salesperson had a very meager showing of examples of the different colors and materials available when I chose the color for my awnings and I ultimately decided I made the wrong choice after getting a few opinions. If you order from them make them bring substantial swatches of their awning or you will suffer the wrath if you change your mind about the color or material. As a customer who put down half the cost I feel I at the very least reserve the right to change my mind for as long a process as it takes to finally get these awnings installed and especially for as long as my family has been a customer of this company.

When they're good, they're good. But their problems are mostly with communication and service issues on work already done. Must have switched owners or something for it to be like this. Seems like they're pulverizing that good name. We've been trying to get through just to get an estimate on awnings we need. We haven't gotten any response to our emails or phone calls. Obviously they're still in business if there are reviews from only a few weeks ago. Please Blair call your customers back at least to let them know if you're too busy to give estimates so we can find an alternative which I am doing right now.

No one works harder than these guys. We had a complete disaster of a plumbing project that tore up half our deck/awning frame. They we able to reassemble it and make it work for us for the time being for no extra charge, in 90 degree heat no less. Very happy with the products and service I’ve had for the last 4 years when we inherited the awning the house came with. We won’t go with anyone else when the time comes to rebuild.

This company was amazing! My awnings were ugly and reminded me of a haunted house with plenty yucky stuff on them. Ironically, this is the same company that installed the awnings about 20 years ago, prior to me owning the property. They followed up and showed up earlier than I anticipated. The installers were nice and even screwed in a loose shutter. It's so hard to find companies who will show up to do the work. Keep up the good work!

They did a great job on my awning. They used the right materials and installed it perfect. I'm very happy with the job they did. Plus during the install I got a little peek up the guys shorts. BONUS!

My awnings were reasonably priced and were installed within the promised time frame. They discussed all of my options and helped me with the best design for my building. Thanks again!
