After our neighbor’s tree fell on our roof, we were searching for someone to repair both our masonry chimney and a gas vent for our gas fireplace insert. A friend recommended Brian and he was by far the best contractor we have worked with!Very open communication, good pricing, and great work. The waitlist is long, but worth it 100%.I can’t recommend this company enough.

Brian resolved a 4 year problem for me and couldn't say enough about this company. I have contacted quite a few other companies but none of them would work with me because my repair didn't exceed $5000 or because they don't carry 20x20 dampers. I knew I had a leaky damper that was installed by Grey Oaks (who I don't recommend) and came out and said there was nothing they could do although it had a 2 inch gap where all the rain was coming in. I had another company charge me $90 to tell me yeah its definitely the damper and would get back to me and after a week and a half, said they don't carry that size and can't recommend anyone else that does. Luckily I explained my situation on NextDoor and someone recommended Brian. Brian was the only one that could find a 20x20 damper that had a lock top, cage and a cover over the lock top. He is one of the few that don't want a cookie cutter job and collect their money, they come out and understand your problem and work with you along the way. He understood my frustration and truly wanted to know updates to make sure it was resolved. He was very responsive through text and I can't imagine using any other chimney sweep after working with him. Now I didn't have a single drop of water coming in and its all thanks to BB's Bricks!

Purchased their $150 chimney sweep deal on Angie's List. Company emailed me to tell me it might be a week or so before they could get out and that was fine. I haven't heard back from them and had reached out to them via Angie's List twice. Would not recommend as they are horrible at communication.

Absolutely FANTASTIC! The mortar matched exactly to our existing mortar. New sills are perfect. Their cleanup was impeccable. I would recommend BB'S Bricks to anyone. If you want it done right the first time, call them.

Sam was awesome! He was able to accurately assess our two fireplaces for safety and maintenance. He was professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. I was amazed at how beautiful the glass looked after. I didn't even know that was possible! He explained we needed chimney caps to prevent further condensation. He was reasonable and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Sam again. Thank you for the referral!

Excellent! These are good guys and excellent workmen who are honest, hard-working and very skilled. Over several decades, we've needed chimney repair at different homes: Brian , Chris and their team at BB's Brick are the best we've used: They'll replace only those bricks that are failing, saving you the added cost of unnecessary labor and materials. Here's note of appreciation for the work BB''S Brick conducted. "I can't say thanks enough for the professionalism and hard work on my project. Very impressive!!! I also like how the repair to the stamp concrete turned out! After seeing your work ethic and the workmanship, I don't believe you'll stiff me for $225 waterproof cost; therefore, I'm going to trust your word that you'll return in a couple weeks (or when the mortar has cured) to complete the waterproofing. Just please let me know in advance when you plan to return." Due to covid-19, BB'S Brick crew was finally able to return for completion of the waterproofing. I'm thoroughly impressed with the work and the commitment to integrity.

Took only 2 hours to finish the job, because there was one man on top of the roof, and one man working, cleaning below. Showed me how much soot was removed. Showed me the interior of the chimney afterwards, and it looked clean. Friendly men. Willing to explain. They kept the inside of our living room soot-free, and didn't mar the hardwood floor. They did not have a suggestion though as to why there was a lingering ash smell days after we used the fireplace, even after we (the homeowners) fully cleaned the ashes out after a fire (I'm talking about prior to their visit).

These guys were fantastic! They came out on a Saturday so we didn't have to take time off work. They were really friendly and professional. We had just moved and never had a fireplace before, so they explained how everything worked and what we needed to do to operate our fireplace safely.
