I recently had a bathroom remodeled by Bath Fitters the Detroit Location in Warren and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional.The team at Bath Fitters was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect design and materials for my bathroom. They were patient with all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with the plan before starting the work.The installation was quick and efficient. The installers were punctual, courteous, and very skilled. They took great care to protect my home during the installation and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The quality of their work is outstanding, and my new bathroom looks stunning.What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. I was asked to complete a survey upon completion. I had some flooring damaged and a mess left by the installer but was not looking for anything out of it which I had mentioned during the survey. I received a call from the owner a day or so later and he promised to fix it and then continued to point out things in the picture he was not happy with and potential problems. He asked me to email him the flooring type and he would send someone out to repair. After numerous emails I have to receive any response. And now that so many issues were pointed out by him, I am concerned. Unfortunately, I didn’t have months to wait around and needed to complete my bathroom renovations. This all really put a sour taste in my mouth about bathfitters. You may want to look elsewhere.Service: Bathtub installation

Why I paid nearly 5200$ for this job is beyond me. I was pressed for time and agreed spur of the moment. There is no way to justify the pricing. Materials alone are no more than 1000$ their cost, fabrication is nothing a this point...its no different using siding with your typical bender. To pay the single worker a days work...lets say 250$...Estimator commish...id say 500$ which would be on the high side. They're easily banking over 3000$!!!This type of job is suppose be a cheaper alternative. Its just your regular grade plastic that feels cheap while taking a shower. You can feel the planks underneath your feet!! I couldn't imagine a women enjoying taking a bath in a tub like this. The caulking came apart a day later and a piece of trim is coming off the tile already. Please see pics. Cheesy work that looks like a band-aid. I should've taken down the wall my self, bought the 400$ tub and shower combo at lowes and had a plumber install it. It would've been either cheaper or maybe the same price. All the stars go to the installer, he did the best with what he was given to work with. Its just my opinion and its by far the biggest regret of my major home reno thus far.

Overall good service and what, so far, appears to be a quality product. Product arrived and was installed earlier than expected.Only item that left us a bit disappointed were some of the things we were told by the salesperson that were contradicted by the installers. The salesperson said that we could use anything but scrubbing bubbles to clean it. The installers said that bleach, drain cleaners, and any 'harsh' chemicals should be avoided. They did provide a list of approved cleaning products.The salesperson also said that we would be able to take a shower in the morning and another at night if we wanted because the work would be done in one day. The work was done in just a few hours but the installers said to not use the showers until the next day to give the caulk time to dry.I don't understand the need for salespeople to 'embellish.' This cost them a couple of stars on the review and, while I still recommend the product and the service (mainly due to the installers), now I have to warn people ahead of time about what they are being told by the sales staff.

From the first call to set up an appointment for a quote throughout the process of ordering and installing, I have been impressed with the professionalism and hassle free approach that is used. Honest opinions were given when I asked questions and absolutely no pressure was given to do more that what I needed. Now I have an absolutely perfect tub/shower that is beautiful. I highly recommend Tub Fitters.

I call bath fitters to see what they could do for me but because I did not have a steel tub they could not help me and for them to rip it out and put everything back the price is outrageous. I don't like there false advertisement we can put new over your old tubs but what they don't tell you if you don't have a steel tub they cannot do it for you I was very disappointed what the false advertisement

The tube looked amazing the first three months . Then the culk started to peel. We called them . 100 dollors just to come out so life time warranty. Has a lots of rukes be aware. They charge just to fix what they should have did just petty.

Our bathtub drain rusted out and leaked into our basement.We went to a local kitchen/bath center for a price to replace the tub.The young lady we talked to didn't listen to anything we told her. She told us what she was going to have done for $15,000. A complete bathroom renovation. We got fed up with her and walked out. We called Bath Fitters the next day. Noah came out, showed us their product, explained what would be done and gave us a price for the work. The installer came out four weeks later and installed the tub liner. It looks great. We are very happy. I highly recommend Bath Fitters.

While still extremely unimpressed by my first impression of the customer service upon arriving at this location, the actual bath/shower installation was executed extremely well with kind and friendly workers.
