This store could use a training in profiling. Their set up is ridiculous, and a few ppl are rude. They watch you like a hawk and it makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience overall. At the Macomb Mall store, you are allowed to browse and look without feeling hunted. They are more pleasant also. My only reason to go to the Hoover one is location based.

I've been going to bath& body works ever since I can remember. I used to love walking around and smelling all the different scents. Now that I'm older I get to go around, smell the sense and buy what I like which is nice. The workers are always very kind and helpful and I enjoy that and I always love the coupons that they mail out and email to you

Pretty well stocked for the most part. Line moves fast. Coupons are a little confusing. A coupon for free body care but I can't get the one on sale for $5.95 because the ORIGINAL price is $18.95.....??

Wanted to purchase $1.00 hand sanitizer. The young lady that was helping me explained how the coupon works. Another employer stop her and told her to go get a pick up order as though I am not a customer! That was rude, and inconsiderate.

Absolutely the best store ever! The staff so very nice and helpful! Stacy, one of the girls that’ work there, is extremely helpful and probably the nicest person there! I could shop at other Bath and Body Works stores but I’d much rather shop there but of the staff!

This store used to be my happy place. I'm a long time customer, top notch for years. This store is not what it used to be. The newer Female employees point and whisper as if I cannot see or hear. From my understanding one of them is a niece of a regional manager which explains why my comment gets taken down literally a few hours after I put it up. This is my fourth time posting this. This location is convenient as it is close to home. Nothing pleasant about shopping here anymore. I run in and run out as fast as possible as I used to bring my daughter son and grandbaby but they noticed the tension as well so now I go by myself , there is no more enjoyment of looking around and smelling candles or new scents that come in because we do not feel welcome and this is my family I was bringing with me. Don't make the mistake of getting too open with conversation with some of these women, they tell everyone and they really give the essence that they are better than other people which is a shame. I mostly shop online now 95 percent of the time to avoid the terrible treatment. It's a shame my grandson loves to smell the Candles and enjoys all the pretty items and loves to look. The terrible treatment took that enjoyable time away from him. Some person at corporate should really be notified or possibly corporate is taking this comment down every time I post it due to it's embarrassing nature but it is svery true. Shame 4/4/2024.... Omg!!! After leaving this review I have been taken off the mailing list and lost all my rewards on my App.... Coincidence? I highly doubt it! The females in the store know exactly who I am. Shame on all of you you have serious serious issues, completely Petty I'm calling corporate. I'm so tired of this abuse ?
