After all of the good reviews on this place I decided to take my 3 SUV's here to have new tires installed. 2 Toyota's and a Honda. This was within a span of 2 weeks. The appointments and installs themselves for the most part were fine. My issue lies with the parts used to repair/replace the TPMS hardware. According to them, they replace these for every new install. Within a year of having new tires installed here, almost every tire has a leak. All coming from the valves. I brought my Toyota's to an actual Toyota dealership and had the service kits replaced with OEM parts. The technician showed me what was on my vehicles vs what the OEM ones looked like and there was a noticeable difference in the thickness of the gaskets. There was a lot of corrosion in the aftermarket sets as well. I have since purchased new tires elsewhere along with OEM service kits for my vehicles. Would I take my vehicles back to this place? Most likely not as it is out of my way.

Professional service! These guys do some outstanding work. I had bodywork done and car was returned cleaner than when I dropped ot off. I'd highly recommend them to anyone . They take the time to do the job right .

Danielle was amazing getting me checked in for a 4 wheel tire alignment and wheel/tire balancing. After Danielle's amazing customer service skills; Jay got me back to 100%. My car felt like driving on ice after every bump. But, now my wheels are straight. Tires are good to go. And it's smooth sailing back to my trip to Virginia. Not to mention the cost! Literally would have spent an arm, leg, and toe anywhere else and walked out under $125!!!Thank you Danielle and Jay. #NavyChief #NavyPride

Was having a major hum going on in the front end of my Rendezvous, and I knew it was wheel bearings. I called for a price quote and the gentleman was right on the mark. I showed up later in the day (around 3pm) and they got me right in. He asked which side I thought it was, I told him passenger - and I was WRONG. They checked both sides in the front and found out it was the driver's side that was having the issue, got the part and replaced the bad wheel bearings on the driver's side front. Service here is exceptional. The man at the front counter is always pleasant and helpful. If I could rank them higher, I would. Only thing I have to complain about is the waiting room chairs - they're a bit rough on my messed up back! But that doesn't take anything away from the stellar service. They even had coffee for those who drink it. I've been here before for the odd tire or two - but these guys know their stuff! I won't be bothering to call around every again. Keep up the good work!

One of Tire Rack's preferred installers on their website and thus had my tires/rims shipped to them. Family run business with a car wash adjacent to the actual service center. I was coming from Canada to get my tires/rims installed and even though they were short staffed that day, they fit me in promptly! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and also entertaining. They educated me a lot about the tires/rims and all the parts (lugs, etc.) Don't be turned off by this center being in a slightly sketchy part of town - they do a fantastic job with amazing prices. Definitely will go back!
