Exact opposite experience than listed above. When I called the nice receptionist refered me to a "Dave" character whom was only concerned with part numbers. Very unpleasant and belittling experience. I really did not think a belt inquiry would be such a big ordeal, especially considering I had all the information. I had written the correct size to the mm, thickness, tooth count, pitch, any detail needed to make a sale on a notepad in hand....had the conversation even gotten that far they possibly could have made a sale today. So thank you "Dave at amtek" for a very unpleasant start to my stepper motor drive belt purchasing venture.

Best Industrial Staff in Detroit...120 years of combined experience...forget part numbers; just tell them what you want, or ask for input in how to do the job. . Amtek has been around 32 years...they deliver, ship nationally and have a pick-up counter. Polite + very helpful.
