So I was there on 8-18 -2023 in rm 132B this room had bed bug roaches the toilet was nasty as ever the floor was not clean the roaches was every where so I call the front desk the clerk come around with a attitude an gone say I’ll move you to another room hell that one was worst then the first one here are some pic they should not be open an also they have ppl there with they children as well I’m so disappointed

Hello,Compared to the room rate, the room quality of this hotel is very good. Can't expect a better room at this price. Manager and other employees are very polite and helpful.Thanks.

The power went out at my house so I came here. Besides the air conditioning nothingelse was sufficient else was sufficient. else was sufficient. We asked for fresh towels and blankets and washcloths and the only thing we receive was a sheet. the microwave didn't work and there is a sheet on the refiner which makes me think there are bugs. This hotel reminds me of the projects and I have seen some nice projects that were way better than this! The microwave didn't work. Very noisy guests. Call the front desk and there was no answer. Did I mention there is no phone in this room?

I enjoyed my time with my man but other than that the managers and owners are very rude the maintenance guy is amazing pleasant attitude always there to help, and the place is continuously getting run into the ground with a very bad roach problem on top of it. I had a roach literally crawling on my chest up my neck and middle of the day all over the walls the floors after spraying there was no getting better with the situation and they never did anything after that it's just terrible the stoves weren't working all I had to do was pull out the refrigerator and plug them in and clean them myself obviously so they didn't start a fire but the roaches and the cleanliness is just not good you have to fight tooth and nail to get clean linens the laundry room doesn't have one working washer or dryer the place is just disgusting there is a lady that works at the front desk which is nice and the maintenance man is nice but other than that people are complete jerks very rude and don't offer to help in any way shape or form. I mentioned the roaches right? Oh boy..

I was a weekly stay. Had problems with the shower faucet. And on the last occasion by happenstance the owner himself came up to disassemble everything and turn off the running water. He said he would send maintenance later. Three days later, maintenance said everything was OK and working. The water did shut off now, just a hole in the wall smh. This was already my second room. I stayed here because it was 12 minutes walking to work, I’m homeless and in Michigan during the winter that’s important! Spring is here and I’m moving on lol

Room was nasty and had BED BUGS! Dust everywhere, top cover dirty and sheets were stained. We decided to sleep on the top sheet and just ask for an extra sheet. The manager came in with an attitude looking at the sheets as if we were lying then asked why we put the cover on the floor because “the house keeper won’t know and put it back on the bed...” He ended up looking in another room for a sheet and found one. As soon as we sat on the bed for about 5 minutes, out comes a bed bug. We took a picture and showed the manager, he said he could not give us our money back and “he knows our type of people, that come and say stuff is wrong with the he room and that he doesn’t know if we brought the bed bug.” DO NOT EVER CHECK IN HERE. I’m calling the health department!

This is a horrible establishment, ran by individuals that absolutely have no idea on how to provide customer service, or sanitary rooms. After booking a room, and walking in to discover the catastrophic conditions, I immediately turned and walked out. The bedding was unclean, they had a foul ordor and you could literally see bugs crawling. Luckily, I hadn't brought my luggage inside yet. I then walked to the bathroom to discover a toilet that hadn't been cleaned, and a tub to match. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Absolutely disgusting. The road outside is cleaner than the carpetin this place. They have a policyof no refundsafter 10 min of check in. That should really tell you something. Do not for any reason stay here. You are safer and would be more comfortable in your car or even the street corner. Would give negative 5 stars if I could

My husband and i have been in staying at your hotel for over two months and i think we have gave many chances too come to a understanding with us. Your room cleaner is very rude and dose not clean your rooms probably . between the walls and the bathroom food,mold and ect. Due to the fact our home burnt down and this motel is the closet to my husbands employer we are between a rock and a hard place but maybe posting on for public so people can see what g=ose on you might decide to help with these issues . for 350 a week $ 1400 a month we shouldn't have these type of issues.

??ATTENTION ??it was absolutely disgusting. i walked in and I looked at my husband said we’re out of here. It smelled awful and there was mold and there were cockroaches crawling on the bathroom floor. Do not go here unless you want to get extremely sick and die. This place is awful and should be shut down by the medical facility as soon as possible!!

Well I just stopped at this place to take a shower. The desk clerk was helpful to me but it sure seems like he has to deal with so much bullcrap on a day to day basis. The upkeep of the place could be better. I wouldn't take my family to a place like this tho. The owners could do better with this facility.

My stay was horrible the bed and under the bed was dirty the tv didn’t work, went to sleep and woke up to being bit by a bed bug it was hiding in my pillowcase. The bed bugs were also by my 1 year old on the bed, my husband had a huge one crawling on his shirt he trapped it in a cup. We were refused a refund and was told that we brought them there.
