I bought my Equinox for repair due to it not stating 12/11/2023. They had my car until 12/26/2023. 3100.00 LATER & the car isn't repaired. I have so many issues with this experience. 1. They never called me to relay information or updates. We called them to get updates. 2. They had the car for 3 weeks , called me the day before CHRISTMAS to come pick it up. We came 12/26 the next day the shop was open and it's not fixed. The tech stated while we were picking it up we found another issue it won't start. THATS THE REASON WE TOOK THE CAR IN. The owner stated our car may blow up( I can't make this up) I have the audio. I brought my car to you to fix you charged me 3100 to fix a timing belt, oil change, oil pan removal and labor for my car still not to be fixed. I've had to get a rental while car was in shop. Only for me to still have to extend and take it to another shop and dish out more money. I would never recommend this place go anyone. I will be contacting the BBB. 3100 for my car still needing to be repaired. Waiting for ONSTAR as we speak because it cut off on 10/Dequindre while going home.*** YOU HAD MY VEHICLE FOR 3 weeks and the day I pick it up 12/26/2023 you tell me there other things wrong with it. A courtesy 373$ when the car STILL DOESNT RUN!!!!! I called you today when I left the shop and told you the car stopped! I left the repair shop with a worse condition car. Instead of taking ownership for it, your staying you should have had a crystal ball. Unprofessional! You have a machine I'm pretty sure that tells you what the issue is. You called me the day before Christmas telling me it was FIXED!!!!!!! No need to go back and forth, I'll legally handle all matters. & I simply would not recommend. To his other customers just beware. I can only explain my experience! I have all recording of the transaction & will post on social media.

Short Review: Best Auto Repair Shop I've ever been to; honest, friendly, the best prices I've ever found, but most importantly, I trust them with making my vehicle safe for my family. This will be the only shop I take my vehicles to from now on and will refer all friends and family members here.For those who like specific Details:I took my vehicle here after a different shop worked on it and it still felt wrong, they said I could bring it up for a complete inspection. They sent a video after inspection and went over everything with me (I am not saying or guaranteeing they do that with for every vehicle but it was helpful in my situation) so I could see what was repaired, what needed to be repaired, what what leaking... They went above and beyond what I have experienced as typical auto repair and customer services.They give a detailed copy of the work that was done (which I do believe this should be standard but I'm not sure) so you can clearly see what parts were replaced/repaired. Where as the previous shop I went to gave a receipt with 2 amounts labor & parts (not detailed just parts and a total) then a total you owe.Some people may not understand this but it's like it's almost the same feeling as having family work on your vehicle, they know what they're talking about, they do what's best for the customer/vehicle, they don't talk you into anything extra and they treat you like a person.

We would give Jamie and his team more than five stars if possible! It is the best auto shop in the city. Very honest, resourceful, and does excellent work!! Jamie guarantees his work, provides a warranty, and ensures everything is excellent. Also, it provides very affordable services. Jamie and his team are very knowledgeable and made sure we left satisfied. Great experience! Jamie is now our go-to mechanic for our family. As long as he is in business, we will not use anyone else. Hands down, the best place to go. I would highly recommend it!

Jamie was awesome with me with fixing a truck that I just bought and had to bring it in 3 days later for repairs… I had to deal with the warranty company and me bugging him constantly but was very patient and thorough when explaining the problems to me and the next steps to be taken … she is now my new mechanic!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is one of the best auto repair shops in town. It's's close to home, the repairs are very reasonable, they give you a complete safety inspection, plus the job was done in a timely manner. They have different payment options, cash, debit card and even cash app. Thank you so much Jamie for getting my vehicle together for a fair price!

A friend recommended all good auto care after a dealership told me some parts were not available anymore, I took it to All good auto care and now the car runs just fine. Very satisfied.
