Thieves! I paid for the $5 wash but the machine didn’t even turn on. I found the owner’s number listed on my credit card charge and when he picked up, he was more concerned on how I got his personal number instead of his machines not working SMH

I was charged $10 for a $3.50 wash. I came here now, 7/19/2024 at 10:45 and there is no contact information posted anywhere! The number on here is not in service either. I'll be contacting the City of Warren.

Update: tried using the touchless automatic bays on 06.04.2024 again and one of the bays was down (paid and entered, but equipment didn't turn on). Not worth the time, money, or effort. Equipment obviously isn't maintained too well.
Self wash bays don't work too well. Pressure isn't the best, so even after doing an entire pre-soak, high pressure soap, high pressure rinse, wax, and final rinse, my car was still dusty and dirty. Self wash wands barely put out any soap, pressure is garbage, and it takes forever to switch between settings. Automatic wash bays are the same. Wash is pretty cheap (~$3.50 on card for ~ 6 minutes of wash in Self serve bays) but if the pressure can't remove basic layers of dust then it's not worth it. The final rinse even leaves really strong water spots after religiously soaking my car. Probably won't be back again, as this wash has let me down repeatedly.

I had to pay for 2 car washes due to my foot injury i had to use the automatic wash and the first time it never turned on. Use to be my favorite one to go to im owed $5 until I get a refund i won't be back. 8:30 pm may 24 2024

It took my payment (2xs), let me in the bay, and it didn't work. By the time I drove around to get the non-existent contact info, somebody put up a cone indicating it was out of order WHILE I WAS IN THE BAY. That was really low.

This place is better if you have antennas - not likely to damage them.
Down side is the dryer isn't great. Plan on hand drying.

Takes change or credit cards gives a lot of time for the money. I was able to do rinse, soap, brush, rinse and wax for $2.50
