What an incredible organization. My dog had been diagnosed with pyometra, a fatal infection that requires surgery. I am low income, calling around and getting estimates for surgery and everywhere was saying anywhere from 1900-5500, at that point I’m devastated thinking I’m going to have to put my baby to sleep. Until I found all about animals, they are extremely helpful, compassionate, and caring of all our little furry babies. Not only were they able to schedule an emergency surgery and put her first on the list for surgeries on Monday morning, but the cost was also $420 out the door with the medications included. All about animals saved my baby, and saved me from a broken heart. I was able to pick my girl up the same day, and since she’s been home there has been no complications. I would highly recommend all about animals to anyone who’s furry baby needs any help with wellness, being neutered, or anything. Please take your babies somewhere where the workers actually enjoy their job and love the animals, and that place is all about animals. Thank you so much for everything.

Did not like this place, very unprofessional. They will not release my dog information to another hospital(vet), they never answer the phone, and very rude. They did not explain their policy to me considering that my pet was a new patient and 6 weeks old at the time, they assumed that I should know/have known. Will not recommend this place, you will be waiting for hours, even if you did make an appointment . If I could give this place no stars I would.

When my husband and I found kittens on the side of the road this summer, we brought them to AAA to get them looked at and vaccinated. While the time spent in the waiting room was a little long, the staff was very friendly and prices were reasonable. We’re very grateful for the services AAA provides to the community and would recommend them to anyone who needs low cost vaccinations!

This was the first time I have taken my cats to All About Pets for vaccinations, and I have to say, we will definitely be back! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the facility was very clean and well managed. I can’t speak highly enough about them!

I had no issues with the paperwork and getting my dog fixed or his shots and chipped, my issue is with the information they put on the chip. A close friend of mine made the appointment and took me there being she has been there before. and I filled out all the paperwork, keep in mind everything was in my name number and address. I go to register the chip and come to find out my dog is now registered in my close friends name number and address which was nowhere to be found on my paperwork. so now I’m having to go through an ownership dispute with the company who runs the chips all because somehow these people aren’t very vigilant. If you plan to go here and get your animals chipped make sure you go alone and have the appointment in your name. I will never be coming back to this facility.

Had a family member drop off my pets while I was at work. He paid for everything already, as payment is due at check in. Well, I get there to pick up my dog after her spay and they said I owed them $120. How is that if payment is due at check in? They also did not chip or vaccinated my dog when I very politely went over that multiple times over the phone, email, text, and most importantly, it was addressed at check in. I also scheduled two male cats to be neutered and vaccinated. I didn’t know my cats were already neutered (rescue cats) so that’s fine, that was my bad. BUT they still fully charged for that and didn’t even bother to let me know. I had to find out by the paper receipt that they both were not neutered. However…they didn’t charge me at check out this morning for anything regarding the cats. So why are we being charged twice for a dog spay? Also, they vaccinated the cats which is great but I really needed that for my dog too. I could’ve picked up my cats the same day considering they were not neutered but I guess it wasn’t important enough to mention that part. They even got the cats names mixed up. They didn’t give my dog any pain meds or antibiotics after surgery, but I seen that other people did for the same surgery for some reason. I was so kind and respectful, regarding that they are so busy and high volume. So I understand that things happen. I even said that to them. Meanwhile I got absolutely no apology, no sympathy whatsoever. I guess I shouldn’t have expected that anyway. Now, I’m waiting for somebody in billing to refund me $120 that they charged me, although I’ve sent all the receipts and proof. I’m so disappointed, this just made things so much harder for me than it had to be. Please take your pets someplace else, even if it’s a bit more expensive.

It is always busy there, and you do have a longer wait to be seen. But it is worth the wait at checkout!!! Prices are so very reasonable.
