Had to go get my mom a 4 wheel walker. Had to wait on insurance and the Dr. office but Action Medical was very helpful and informative! Just picked up her new walker, she will be happy she finally got it.

Insurance has them listed as providers of durable medical equipment but when I called, they decided the insurance company don't pay them enough. So they refused to fill the order.

After ordering an essential piece of medical equipment from amazon I was let down. They sent me the wrong item and I couldn't use it. I desperately needed to find the item right away for my disability. I called Action Medical on Ryan rd. in Warren since they were around the corner from my house. The gentlemen quoted me 80.00 on the phone for the item I needed which was the same price paid on amazon. I had my husband immediately run up there to make the purchase. The man told my husband I quoted your wife 80 but this is really 90 but that he would keep his word to me and sell for 80. My husband brings me home a superior brand product light years ahead of the junk I paid the same on amazon for. The bonus was it was already assembled for me and ready to use!!! What a blessing!! Thank you Action Medical -Warren!!! Highly recommend!!
