Dear owner/FRANCHISE PEOPLE!!!! It’s emotinally distress to offer a service to a customer then make limitations that were not aware of!!! For an example, I technically can make as MANY transactions as I want in ANY location and can decided to cash back for each service!!!!! If NOT that should be made clear when looking up said service at that establishment. Or just not offer it at all if it’s going to be a burden on the employees to keep their end of the stick!!!! It’s 11:50 Sunday night. It’s only one guy there. After I came all the way here I noticed the limit was only 10$. So I offered to make another purchase (he was mopping the floors and cleaning up the store) Al tho it was other ppl in the store they was not in line so my point is, he could’ve easily cashed me out. I frequent the franchise very often and do not have this problem! I noticed this is more than likely an high school student. This is why EXPERIENCED customers service reps is needed!!! ESP FOR THE NIGHT SHIFT!!! Now if I voiced my opinion and spoke how he felt I would’ve been causing a scene. But it’s not fair to have to guess how the store clerk feel in order to get a service that the company offer 24/7!!!! Just like they put up a sign to say the ATM IS OUT OF SERVICE (they have two on the front doors) and a “NO LOADS” signs implying their not loading cards but no mention of “cash backs are limited to 1 time, no matter how much you buy from the store you only get to use that service one time each day) see how you could save the headache???? I’m only writing this in hopes you guys work on training!!! If this happened again I can tell you I will challenge the policy’s at said establishment!! I’m giving him a very nice pass!!! This is metro Detroit!!!! I expect the owners to act like it!!! And to follow the customer service laws in AMERICA!!! And the franchisee laws in AMERICA!!! And teach them to the employees you hire to represent you guys stores!!!UPDATE!!!!!! I spent ten mins writing this post obviously I didn’t want to write and drive it’s now 12:05 tell me why as I was pulling out the police was pulling in and turned around and followed me (because I believe the employee called them and must felt bothered I decided to wait a few minutes before I pulled off.) this is why you can’t feel sorry for non Americans sorry but not sorry!!! And the Americans that encouraging this shame on all of you mfd!!

Slurpys melt before leaving the store. Floors are always sticky. I got here just $5 as I began to pump the gas didn't pump for the first $1.75. I will never get gas here again

The Fithiest store I've ever seen. Good thing the candy bar I wanted is sealed in a wrapper, and it's a candy I can't get elsewhere, or I'd have never set foot in there. Parking lot looks like a garbage dump. Aforementioned candy had sticky drops of something all over them. I had to pick though for good ones. I'll order them online next time before I ever go to this hole. Grody.

Nice and clean place and amazing customer service. Shorif is one of my favorite employees and I always get to see him. Very respectful and always has kind manner. Will definitely come here more often

The customer service here was not good. I spent $39 on snacks for me and my kids went to the register said hello the cashier did not respond with a Hello and had a very mean demeanor like he was having a bad day so I will not be coming back to this 7-Eleven. No receipt, no thanks come again. I will not be returning. Not even for Gas

Employees can't count money or scan the right amount of items. Charged my card twice and didn't give back the right change another time. Do better 711

Dirty parking lot, employees not wanting to work. I walked in to one employee sitting looking at me the other one on a phone call. Like who wants to work I need gas. Rude.

Extremely filthy. Parking lot is like a garbage dump. Literally bags and bags of nasty foul smelling garbage. Wine and beer bottles trash everywhere. Gas pumps are so nasty..never mind the gas prices dont touch anything. The cashiers are extremely foul and rude. Every time i go on there they are being disrespectful to women customers. Its pretty bad. Ive never seen this behavior late night but always durring the day. Not helpful. Very disappointing because i live close and just hate going here for anything. We keep this place open . need new employees. The people now are bad bad business for sure. They dont like women customers for a reason.

Imran was astounding. Great service. Its appalling that he does not have a fellow team member. There should be no less than two employees at all time. Shame on whomever is responsible for making the decision to staff the store with one person.

I went in to buy a chocolate the clerk is very rude and disrespectful thinks he owns the place he felt some type of way because I didn’t want him to touch my drink night shift guy needs to be fired ASAP then try and take a picture of my vehicle when I leave pretty weird 7-Eleven needs to do some better hiring personal.

Make sure your shoes are laced on tight before walking in. The floors are extremely filthy and sticky every time I’ve been here. The ice machine had mold on the dispenser. Warren health department NEEDS to visit this place. They should not be able to serve food or drinks.
