Favorite 7-Eleven around work. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Slurpee machines always seem to be working. Food is always hot and fresh

If I could give a -5 stars I would. Went to this location after work about 5:45pm to cash lottery tickets and stood in line for 10 minutes as the cashier felt that flirting with 3 pre-teens that barely had money to pay for their items was more important than providing decent customer service (he looked every bit of 45 years old)
As their flirty useless banter went back and forth, another cashier walked up, reached over me to collect a young man's lottery form who walked in 5 minutes after I did and proceeded to process it.
I had not been acknowledged at all as I stood in line for 10minutes so that the first cashier can continue to sweet talk the pre-teens, make them feel special. Then the second cashier helped the person behind me and then walked off without so much as a hello, head nod or anything.
This type of careless customer service is the reason why I usually take my business to the suburbs where respectful customer service is always provided.

Absolutely ridiculous that I had to leave my change because your old blonde cashier was playing around in the other till for 5 minutes. I finally got fed up left my 3 dollars in the counter and told her don't worry about the change clearly you're too busy playing with the other till. When a customer walks up to your register you stop what you're doing and service them. This place is disgusting anyways. Won't be back. I'll make sure 7/11 gets the complaint too not just the "owner" that judging by the reviews doesn't value customer service.

7/11 needs to hire more cashiers or at least give the employees better working conditions. I’d be miserable and rude too if I was faced with armed robberies. There’s always one cashier and it’s so busy that obviously they don’t have time to face the shelves or stock.
