Whoever they got working here now As of today, 6 PM, she needs a raise in a promotion. I swear to God I’ve never met anybody that has a heart like that. I’m not gonna get into too much detail all I know I’m a businessman, I stopped at the 7-Eleven to pick up a Red Bull and noticed I don’t have my card on me so I went into the app and redeemed points for a Red Bull. Not thinking that I’m still gonna have to use my card for the remaining amount. She told me to go ahead don’t worry about it and she’ll take care of it for me when she knew she didn’t have to
Me being the businessman I am seeing what this Employee did. Makes me wanna come back every time and spend my money with this place. I live right up the street. I could’ve went back to my house and grab my card and I told her that she told me not to worry about if I could just bring it back. If I don’t it’s not a big deal employees like her or what I look for if she let Customer go with a dollar or $.50 here and there do you know how many times she’s gonna make that back up with me and then some and she knows that but that’s what makes her a great employee so whoever sees this whoever is reading this please make sure that girl is taking care of. You are lucky to have them an employee like her they’re very hard to come by. Trust me I have Businesses and am constantly hiring and firing individuals. She’s the employee that I would pay whatever just to make sure she’s happy and never quits on me. I don’t know her name in fact I wish I did but I appreciate you boo Keep making it happen. Don’t stop doing what you’re doing. I promise you’re doing it, correctly

I stop in here to see if my lotto tickets have won, which I do not play lotto that often. The cashier can barely speak English, which is not a problem when you can slow down and listen to what I am asking. He tries to explain to me that my one lotto ticket is good for tonight's drawing proceeds to take my current bet slip and scans it and charges me $20 for the SAME EXACT ticket numbers for the EXACT SAME drawing. (October 11th, 2023 for the Powerball. That is at 1.7bil) I was going to ask them if they had any Powerball bet slips as there were none where all the other lotto ticket bet slips are. I came here instead of going to the 9 mile and Mound location as I'm tired of the terrible, apathetic customer service and complete disrespect to not even listen to people.I cannot believe I paid for a secondary ticket when I already have this ticket for tonight's drawing!!! I should have walked out and not even taken the money out of my wallet. I will NEVER patron this location ever again. Or other seven elevens for that matter.They're so eager to call the next person to the register, when I'm still standing there putting my money in my wallet. Also understand that they do not put their trucks away in time, which includes their dairy products. So they sit out. that's definitely against Serve safe, but when people don't care and continue to sport companies like this: That's the real shame.

I'm writing this review based on delivery services from this store. It's incredible the amount of times I've ordered from this store and gotten items that were not even close to what I ordered. Ordering Coke Zero and getting Mt Dew kind of wrong items. Please, I'm begging you, please be more careful when picking orders. The times I've ordered and it's come from the 7-11 in Eastpointe...they've never had an issue. It's too bad you can't pick which 7-11 gets your order, because I would NEVER pick to get an order from this one.

Haven’t had 7-Eleven Iced coffee since college back when I was still living in California. I decided to stop by and get my cravings fixed. The store was clean and well kept compared to other 7-Eleven I’ve been to.

My last time shopping at any 7-Eleven… bought this juice this morning open the juice and didn’t realize until I took a small sip of it that it didn’t have a seal on top … and when I looked at the bottle the bottle had been tampered with and a strange substance was in the juice … was it tampered with ?? I don’t know but it sure looked like it … called the store 1,000 times and couldn’t get a manager on the phone .. so to anyone buying out of 7 Eleven make sure you check your purchases

Extremely rude employees. While there are some employees during the morning/afternoon shift that are great, there are some employees here that just shouldn't be working customer service. This is the second incident that I've encountered at this location with employees that work with customers with a complete lack of customer service skills. I've given this store another chance, but after waiting outside for 10 minutes for someone to unlock the door just to receive attitude and have to wait again while a line formed as she was "doing something else" is completely unacceptable. Being blatantly rude while telling a customer that you aren't, is completely unacceptable. Informing staff that there were multiple people that left due to them not opening the door and the employee saying, "Ok. And?" All while doing someone else on the side of the register while ignoring the line full of customers forming while the credit card reader was malfunctioning, again is completely unacceptable. This is the same location where I was previously told by the cashier that bagging my items was a courtesy to me and not a part of their job duties when asked if they could bag my multiple items that I was purchasing. There's no more chances I'm willing to give to this place. I understand that there's slim pickings in the applicant pool with a lot of jobs, but this is ridiculous.
