Mr. Crosby and his team are the best!! My parents basement flooded. There was a pool in the basement to say the least. I called him and he responded the same day. He was professional and had compassion for my parents situation. Within 4 hours after I called him, the team was on site working. They did an excellent job removing the water, damaged items and made sure the space was dry and safe before they left. I don’t know what we would have done without Mr. Crosby and his team. I would recommend his company in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

We were so devastated and stressed out when our basement flooded last Friday, January 26th 2024. We placed a call to Belfor to assist with restoration who then referred us to Rowland and his wonderful crew at 1-800-WATER DAMAGE. They came out same day to us, ready to fix the problem. They made the entire process so smooth and easy and everyone was so helpful and informative of what they they were planning to do and the reasons behind it. Rowland made sure every concern and question was answered fully and went above and beyond to make sure all the damage and problem areas were fully covered. I couldn’t be more thankful for Rowland and his team. They are very good at what they do. If you ever should find yourself in a similar situation, I can’t recommend Rowland enough. Thank you guys for taking care of us and our home.

It’s never a good day when you have to call a water mitigation company. But when you need one… these guys are who you want. They are true professionals and they’re excellent at what they do. Here’s a little bit of the backstory. I moved into my brand new house on a Thursday - and not even 24 hours later one of the big box companies delivered a brand new front load washing machine, which nearly flooded my entire house. I had water on three floors of my home… from the second floor all the way to the basement. I called Rowland and his team who arrived at my house within an hour of the washing machine fiasco. He took his time and thoroughly assessed the scope of the work, and immediately returned with his team, to mitigate the water as quickly as possible. He has all the tools and sophisticated water meters to help him determine what needed to be torn up in order to dry out. Not only did he explain things every step of the way … he OVER, explained things and made sure that I understood what needed to be done -all while keeping a detailed file with notes and pictures that he shared with me. His crew was professional and courteous. I have such an appreciation for this line of work having gone through this. it is truly an art in terms of the way he tore up the affected areas while taking care not to carelessly disturb drywall, hardwood floors and tile as it would create more of a problem on the repair side. I can’t say enough good about Rowland and his crew. They got the job done better than I ever imagined and I feel like I gained some friends in the process.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Had a small leak in our humidifier with wet carpet and had no idea what to do. We called Rowland and he came out, he was early and very professional. He could have easily charged us to do a simple job, however, he told us we could easily do it ourselves and walked us through step by step before he left. Very honest and I can tell he has that mentality where respect and honesty mean more than making a quick buck. I highly recommend him and his company.
